Very suggestive and welcoming location, like the service, the guys are very good, not to mention the sommelier who accompanied us on our tasting menu with excellent combinations... the fallow deer and venison ravioli were sublime, absolutely worth trying again

A symphony of flavours. Perfection.

An absolutely divine culinary experience. I booked a table at this restaurant for dinner on December 24th. Practically overlooking the Arno river we started this tasting journey and gradually I was increasingly happy to have chosen them. We opted between the two menus available, the Search menu. Everything was truly perfect, the dishes, the elegant and refined environments and the service. I congratulate all the staff for their excellent work. If I were to return to Arezzo I would stop there again.

A gastronomical tasting treat (with service gaps unfortunately) alongside the Arno River in the countryside. The staff is good but need more expert training (or ideally a senior manager directing them). For example, we arrived 15 minutes early and were told to leave and return haha. I asked if we could sit in the waiting area which was empty. The host relented and allowed us to do so. I am not a fussy diner; however, if I am at a Michelin 1 Star charging around $200 per person for a lunch & wine then I would expect that the wait staff would clean the table of crumbs from the bread. Did they ever? Not until we had completed dining. So for me service is good. As for the food, it is all fresh, well prepared, immaculately presented and of course tasty with a pleasure palate of diverse tastes. The atmosphere is pleasant especially a table overlooking the Arno below. The facility has a modern design. The value is off given the service gaps. Would I dine here again? Possibly. Would I recommend it to others? Yes, with the caveat about service that I mentioned.

Locale molto accogliente affacciato sull'Arno. Servizio, cucina e prezzo da ristorante stellato, inutile dilungarsi. Apprezzato molto aver assaggiato due menù degustazioni differenti (eravamo in due), non sempre possibile per ristoranti di questo livello.

Attenzione ad ogni dettaglio dal gusto dei piatti all assortimento dei vini al servizio impeccabile.Tutto ottimo .Ambiente suggestivo e curatissimo.

Durante una breve vacanza ad Arezzo, per festeggiare il nostro anniversario, con la mia compagna siamo andati a cena al ristorante Terramira, attratti dalle ottime recensioni e dal piccione che hanno in carta (piatto del quale sono un cultore ed un estimatore). Per poter conoscere ed apprezzare meglio lo chef, visto che per noi era la prima volta al Terramira, abbiamo scelto il menu Territorio, accompagnando i piatti con un ottimo "Il Patriota Rosè " della cantina Fregnan consigliatoci dal sommelier visto che eravamo orientati su una bollicina rosè. Buoni e vari gli aperitivi di benvenuto della cucina. ottimi i vari tipi di pane e grissini proposti, tutti fatti da loro. I piatti, sono stati tutti di nostro gradimento, molto ben presentati ed in tutti risaltava l'ottima qualità delle materie prime e la maestria dello chef. Le portate che mi sono piaciute maggiormente sono state: i tortelli con ragù di coniglio ( se ricordo bene), funghi e tartufo e pasta e fagioli Zolfini all’uccelletto, molluschi e crostacei; buono il piccione, sul quale mi permetto di dire che le porzioni sono state veramente molto molto risicate, direi troppo (da Cannavacciulo la porzione è decisamente più abbondante..), ottimi i dolci. Camerieri e sommelier giovani, ma molto attenti e gentili. Ovviamente il prezzo è elevato ma in linea con quello di altri ristoranti con una stella Michelin. Riassumendo, servizio eccellente, ambiente bello, tavoli ben distanziati, piatti molto buoni, locale che consiglio e nel quale, nel caso tornassi ad Arezzo tornerei molto volentieri, da rivedere la quantità del piccione.
