29/03/2025: I have never eaten so bad in my life! The cured meats are rancid. The porchetta is smelly. Bad cheeses. The thin ones taste like fish. I would also be happy with cured meats bought at Lidl in trays and served. I gave 1 star but it deserves to close. Believe me, I was generous.

02/03/2025: Particular place.......I don't like it at all the last time I spent a lot, and I ate little and stuff that I didn't like very much, the price is not cheap!!

21/05/2025: We came here twice during our stay. They were friendly and the salsa, drinks, and treats were yummy! We saw someone order a salad one day and it was HUGE and looked delicious!

12/05/2025: Family of 6.....stopped by for breakfast! Characteristic environment....bathroom down the stairs! Good breakfast....helpful owner and ok service!!! He even gave us some biscuits!!!! Thank you!!!!

03/03/2025: Potremmo scrivere un poema epico sul prezzo del caffè decaffeinato macchiato quanto mai potrà costare di più ? A seconda di chi te lo serve il prezzo varia... Si va da 1.30 a 1.40...per arrivare a 1.60 ...che mi sono domandato se ero in centro a Firenze o in altra grande città nel 2026( forse li aumenterà a tali cifre) Se non c'è chiarezza .. Comunque a 1.60 è un prezzo folle..e comunque ci dovrebbe essere nel listino per chiarezza Quindi dopo l'ennesima cifra esosa si salta ...

21/04/2025: Bad experience, dishes arrived cold without salt, without seasoning, exaggerated prices for the offer...an Easter lunch to forget. Never again

26/02/2025: Dinner with colleagues, some arrived late but, in any case, dishes arrived "in installments", some had finished the pizza, others still had to have it! Poor quality appetizer, my pizza was not the one ordered and the waiter even insisted that I made the wrong order! Luckily I wasn't alone otherwise I would have thought I expressed myself badly! Quite a steep bill for a shared starter and a pizza that I didn't finish and didn't like! I don't think I'll return.

07/04/2025: Madness, unspeakable, we expected something completely different, we stumbled upon it by mistake, there is another place with the same name which certainly has nothing to do with this one around. From the moment we arrived we sensed something was wrong, which was confirmed at the end of the meal (which lasted 40 minutes in total because luckily we had decided to leave) Menu, price list not displayed, invented location, precarious cleanliness, restaurant? Trattoria? Cafeteria? What are you? Owners who pride themselves on producing Km/0 specialties, it's a shame that the flavor is industrial, mockery! More seriously, inventing fake accounts hoping that the customer will pay without replying is a serious sign, you try, you try again and someone has fallen for it and will fall for it again, obviously. A plate of crostini, 3 slices of ham, a Tagliolino with Ragù for 2 people and 2 bottles of water, bought at the discount store and served in plastic bottles, cost of the operation for the lady at the checkout = €60.00...which then became €47.50 after asking for explanations, a price however beyond any LOGIC, lunch from €30.00 (GENEROUS). NEVER AGAIN, TOTAL MADNESS Embarrassing how older people try to trick you with a fake smile, but is it normal to act like this?? Folly!

27/12/2024: Two experiences in this establishment after years confirm a very bad opinion, practically unspeakable from all points of view: location, quality and quantity of food, organization as well as price (absolutely not transparent!). Precarious structure, suitable at most for summer snacks.

14/05/2025: Staff had attitude problem, very curt as if we, the tourists who pay their wages, were an inconvenience.

10/05/2025: Not a look, not a polite word even though we were careful to order in Italian. The waiter had a frankly hostile attitude. The only words he had, as soon as we ordered, were cash or card. Frankly, I rarely post negative comments but I have rarely dealt with such unpleasant service. If you are Italian you will perhaps have a better chance of being well received, if this is not the case, there are plenty of other cafes around which offer tourists a friendly welcome. To flee!

16/04/2025: We had cappuccinos and breakfast pastries here every morning during our week stay in Cortona. Always delicious, and a charming environment. Dogs, cats, locals, and friendly employees make this a must visit in Cortona.

01/03/2025: Abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora per avere un piatto di salumi e formaggi (che poi praticamente erano solo "salami") ed una porzione di verdure grigliate, surgelate e insipide, mentre altri clienti arrivati dopo di noi hanno avuto i loro piatti cucinati in tempi brevi. Dopo vari solleciti il cameriere si è scusato dicendo che c'erano stati fraintendimenti con la cucina (non capisco cosa ci sia da cucinare in un piatto freddo).

17/03/2025: Abbiamo trovato questo Posto accogliente , pulito , anche i sanitari erano puliti , il personale molto gentile , è stato ottimo per una merenda

12/03/2025: Scortesia ingiustificata. Sul banco 20 cornetti salati. Crudo; pomodoro e mozzarella ecc.. Chiedo di aggiungere il pomodoro ad un cornetto al crudo. Risposta con tono acido: "Quello che c'è è così e basta"! Intanto calmati, visto che non lo volevo gratis ma sono un cliente. Si può dire di no in tanti modi..

06/05/2025: A place that smells like sewage, dirty as hell, with rude staff and beyond any standard of decent service. I will never stop again

17/04/2025: It is a life-saving resting facility with a wide variety of foods, all kinds of food and souvenirs in its market, and many toilets. Aside from its quality, large restaurant seating area and stands, there is even a free health and first aid section, I just saw it. I say perfect!
