We found this accommodation with our family of four and would definitely give it 5 stars+. The apartments are absolutely charming and tastefully furnished, perfectly suited to the surroundings. The owner, Simona, lives and breathes her project, filling the "Penna Alta" with holiday apartments and an osteria serving local cuisine, all imbued with her own unique character. Anyone wanting to experience Tuscany up close will find themselves right at home here. We enjoyed a set menu featuring several local dishes at the osteria and were absolutely delighted.

09/06/2026: We stopped here for a quick lunch break. The very friendly staff welcomed us and served us very quickly. The dishes were very good and plentiful. Excellent wine selection. Prices are a bit high considering the location, which is right in the middle of the Calzedonia outlet, so there's a lot of people coming and going.

19/09/2025: Aperol €4.50. The lady didn't speak English, but it didn't take much to order a drink. Plenty of seating.
