12/10/2025: We have had the privilege of experiencing Patricia and Toni's warm and welcoming hospitality several times. The Collina is a place to breathe deeply, relax, and enjoy. The many tips for excursions and restaurants were always spot on. The rooms are spotlessly clean, simple, and modern. We always slept wonderfully in them. The breathtaking panorama in the morning, whether looking out the window or at the edge of the pool, is incomparable. For us, the Collina is a small, exquisite paradise that is second to none. We highly recommend it.

28/07/2025: Come ogni anno torniamo sempre alla trattoria dalla Santina e come sempre non ci delude mai. Tutto ottimo dagli antipasti ai primi passando per i secondi e concludendo con dei favolosi dolci. Tutto rigorosamente fatto in casa che non è scontato al giorno d’oggi. Poi Duccio come sempre ti accoglie e ti fa sentire in famiglia.

14/06/2025: Few dishes but genuine and homemade. The menu always changes and every time it is a pleasant surprise. We have always had a great time thanks also to Duccio, a Tuscan host who has now become a friend.

27/10/2025: Recommended by our B&B; dinner in a modern and well-maintained setting. Pappardelle with Chianina beef ragù and rosemary tagliata. Normal portions and good quality. The house wine was good value. Prices were not at all high.

31/10/2025: There's a lot of competition in Montepulciano for excellent places to eat and drink but this place is the winner of them all. Incredible food, impeccable (and very family feel) service from everyone. Their wines are excellent too. The pici with duck and also pici with wild boar were particular highlights. Save room for the Pecorino pudding. I never score my food higher than a 9/10 but my Pici with duck was my first ever 10/10 Also to note that ALL pasta dishes are available with hand-made gluten free pasta. My dad is GF and he's never been able to get anything like what he could here, it's like actual fresh pasta. Amazing If you come to Montepulciano, please come here.

30/11/2025: The waiter's kindness wasn't enough to make up for the mediocre quality of the two dishes: the first course was heavy and salty, and the side dish was probably catered or frozen. The wine was poor, despite the waiter's praise. It's not worth returning.

02/10/2025: One of the best place in town. The service was super nice and the manager took care of us himself with suggestions that not only didn’t disappoint, but went way over our expectations! Starters were very good, the steak was AMAZING, and the wine was just divine. I warmly suggest this restaurant, for both tourists and locals, really. I love it!

21/11/2025: A truly good seafood restaurant, with professional and friendly service, but it's a shame the space is too small. We tried the raw fish platter, which was delicious, the shrimp croquettes were delicious, the tagliatelle with lobster were very flavorful, and the tuna steak was also very good. There's a decent wine selection, and I definitely recommend booking.

14/09/2025: Delicious food and great service! Didn’t get pictures, but we ordered the Bruschette and insulate Caprera con buffalo campana for appetizers. The pici senesi al Ragu’, papardelle al cinghiale and the steak florentina for mains! The Florentina came on a sizzling skillet, was absolutely delicious!! The pastas were unreal. Highly recommend!
