22/03/2025: It's not the first time we come back and we are happy to make a detour for them. In addition to an excellent welcome, it is always nice to discover dishes with seasonal products and precious ingredients protected by the slowfood presidium. The respect for these ingredients is evident in every dish, where the original flavors of tradition are enhanced, making known the excellences of the surrounding area and nationally. The tiramisu for me was a revelation: I never eat it at the restaurant because I never find that homely flavor, but I trusted Mrs. Tiziana and that is a 10. Absolutely recommended. We will return again without doubt.

21/03/2025: This tavern is located in the center of Chiusi, and overlooks a small and charming square. The restaurant has a small room on the entrance floor and another small room in the basement adjacent to a discreet cellar. The dining rooms are furnished in a sober and elegant way. The dining room staff is very kind and trained. The menu offers typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine, among which the pici with white meat ragù and the guinea fowl in a pan stand out. The cellar offers many fine labels. Among the desserts, it is worth trying the lattaiolo of the ancient Tuscan tradition. A special mention is due to the chef who takes care of all her dishes with passion. The quality-price ratio is balanced. Finally, at this tavern it is possible to buy zero-mile products, coming from the property's land, such as oil, vinegar, legumes, cereals, wine and many others.

The dishes on the menu are excellent, taking into account the seasonality of the ingredients. I recommend a stop at this trattoria, a stone's throw from the historic center and which stands out for the presence of customers who are mostly still 'DOC' Florentines.

22/03/2025: Locale old style piuttosto grande, ma molto affollato al sabato sera. Sono andato senza grosse aspettative, ma ne sono rimasto soddisfatto. Ho ordinato spaghetti alle vongole e una grigliata di pesce come secondo. Saporiti e gustosi i primi, di qualità anche la grigliata. Il servizio è attento, ma si è rivelato un po' lento. Comprensibile visto che il ristorante traboccava di gente. Uno dei punti di forza è sicuramente il conto. Difficile trovare del pesce ben cucinato a quei prezzi. Consigliato

19/03/2025: We chose this experience with a Smartbox gift check, initially skeptical due to my not very positive past experiences with gift checks of this type. I can say I was pleasantly surprised. Small place but very welcoming and also very typical, quality products, well combined I would say, love at first taste especially with the cabbage and cheese meatballs, very good wine and the first course truly superlative. Excellent service and very kind and friendly staff. We will definitely be back

26/03/2025: Great experience in the center of Arezzo. The cuisine is varied and interesting. The quality is decidedly high and is further enhanced by the care of the chef and the entire team. The dining room staff is also very competent. In particular, compliments to the manager: it is not easy to accommodate customers and take orders while training a new colleague and above all it is not easy to be nice and friendly while doing it... great job!

05/04/2025: Family evening for mom's birthday. Delicious and crunchy schiacciatina to start, abundant platter with out-of-this-world pecorino cheese, excellent Tuscan cold cuts, croutons and polenta. Unparalleled real Neapolitan pizza, with salty anchovies (not from the supermarket), tasty capers and sweet tomato. Pici with ragù, well seasoned and cooked to perfection, attentive and fast service, with attention to the customer at all times of the evening. Reservation recommended.

22/03/2025: Dinner with friends. I would say excellent. Claudio and Barbara, the managers of the place are two fantastic and very professional people. The place is beautiful, you can feel the family atmosphere. I would say the food is sublime. Tordelli alla lucchese, delicious. Pappardelle with wild boar, unique... rosticciana cooked at a low temperature, sublime. Rabbit and fried artichokes. Spectacular! To finish, the poncemisu desserts. Shivers! Panna cotta with homemade pear jam. Very good. What else is there to say? Great! Thank you! Place 10, service 10, menu 10, bill 10. You are fantastic....

18/04/2025: A hidden gem! Absolutely charming little restaurant. Quite simple but with authentic flavours and friendly staff. Bistecco Fiorentino was just perfect. Tender and juicy piece of meat served with roasted rosemary potatoes. Overall we just got a feeling of having dinner at an Italian family home. Would love to come back.

16/04/2025: A very typical Tuscan place, you can feel the air of a village trattoria which I personally liked a lot. The dishes are typical Tuscan, the tagliatelle with wild boar sauce and ribollita are delicious. Very nice and kind owner, as a good Tuscan he doesn't skimp on a few jokes and a chat. If you are looking for a typical environment but away from the tourist attractions, this is one of the right places.

20/03/2025: There is little to say about this pizzeria! The pizza is truly excellent thanks to the quality ingredients they use. There is the possibility of ordering the cecina stuffed as you prefer together with the freshly made Schiacciatina, steaming and delicious. The staff is courteous and the service fast. Just ahead of the pizzeria there is a large parking area. Top on all points

16/03/2025: Place where the Pizza is truly ENHANCED in its taste and very GENEROUS seasoning. The chickpea cake served with porcini mushrooms, lard, Anduja and other particular and tasty combinations is also delicious. Francesco and his brother Santo are the masters behind the scenes who manage the place for takeaway and for those who want to sit down and enjoy it on the spot.
