13/03/2026: The owners are very nice and friendly, the space isn't very big but it's very welcoming, and the food is excellent. The tiramisu is highly recommended!! When we return to San Gimignano, we'll definitely visit them again!

16/03/2026: Online reservation, a busy Saturday evening but at different times. We ordered a Florentine steak for two, weighing 1,500 kg. They brought a small table next to ours and placed a griddle on which I could cook the meat. Excellent meat, served with delicious baked potatoes and grilled vegetables. A glass of local wine and a good IPA craft beer. A limoncello served warm and a bitter.
By mistake, they charged us for water that we didn't order and drank, as I realized later.
The bill was steep, but when it comes to eating a Florentine steak, the heart is prepared for suffering. The service was excellent,
the staff, all male, were kind and friendly.
Returning after two years, I can confirm everything, very satisfied. Congratulations.

13/02/2026: Unparalleled! That's the best adjective I can use to describe Ciborgo. This is my third time back, and they're spot on. From the welcome, service, food, and price, it's the best choice for both lunch and dinner in Empoli.
The menu is surprising, seasonal, and incredibly inspiring, never boring, and each ingredient is expertly executed. Compliments to the chefs, staff, and owners. I'll always be happy to return, knowing I'll be eating and drinking well with friends, guests, or business partners. Thank you, Ciborgo.

07/03/2026: Wonderful inn overlooking the square with the Bagno Vignoni thermal baths.
The Le Margherite room was beautiful and clean. Abundant breakfast with exceptional homemade desserts.
The Porcellum restaurant is one of the most delicious and characteristic restaurants I've ever tried. The food is top-quality, expertly cooked and presented. The wine is delicious. The staff is extremely kind and always available. A truly magical place that has become a favorite of mine.

21/03/2026: A 3-day stay in Florence and a big ice cream lover. La Sorbettiera finally satisfied my craving for good Italian gelato. The Venezuelan chocolate is a killer, smooth and creamy; the strawberry sorbet is bursting with freshness without being too sweet (you can see the crates of strawberries in the kitchen); the pistachio could be improved, and the Buentalenti (Florentine cream) delicately complements the chocolate and strawberry. A very good, slightly out-of-the-way spot that I highly recommend.

22/02/2026: Excellent experience. Compliments to Chef Filippo! The fish is incredibly fresh. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Giangi is incredibly friendly; put yourself in his hands. Definitely a place to try.

I'd heard good things about the place, and I expected something more.
What we ate was good but nothing exceptional.
The girl who served us was nice, and I think she was the owner too.
We didn't wait any longer than necessary, but the table setting, with its synthetic placemats, compared to the prices of the fish dishes, made it feel more like a pizzeria than a restaurant.
My hot vegetable dish was tasteless because it wasn't seasoned, and the squid served on a bed of lettuce and carrots
went cold after a short while.
The warm apple tart, however, was good.
I plan on returning for dinner anyway.

Good food, excellent service, lovely atmosphere, we had a great time (it was a family birthday). The prices were more than reasonable.
Highly recommended, even for locals.
PS: The house wine, even the Riserva version, isn't the best, although it's attractively priced.
24/01/2026: This ravioli place is amazing ㅠㅠ The wild boar ragu was a bit dry, but I understood and ate it because they said it was an authentic dish ㅎㅎ The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was great! There are also a lot of locals!!

24/03/2026: We did the full tasting menu and it was spectacular! Every offering was fantastic. We visited Dario in the butcher shop and he was beyond friendly taking pictures with the family. This spot is a gem and a must visit when in Panzano.
23/03/2026: Amazing location, great day, very friendly and attentive staff, perfectly cooked meat (for me).
The wine paired perfectly with the bruschetta with lard outdoors.
Everything was delicious.
I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Maestro Cecchini before leaving and exchanging opinions on horse meat (I'm Sicilian).
