08/10/2025: Everything was delicious and unique. They have quite a few Tuscan specialties, I had the Peposo and it was fantastic. The best meal I’ve had so far in Florence.

07/10/2025: Wonderful oasis in busy Florence) Capellani with buratta better than everywhere. Wine list perfect. Waiter was alone - and his salary should be at least doubled- so good and fast he is))

14/07/2025: Let me start by saying I don’t normally write reviews. There are places I reminisce on eating at and think this is a taste I have never had before. There is about 3 other in this category but boy oh boy does this make the list.

13/07/2025: Excellent schiacciata and fair prices. I just suggest heating them less, as the prosciutto and especially the burrata tend to spoil with too much heat.

01/10/2025: Located just off the road side, it is a good place to have a nice meal for a reasonable price especially when compared to other restaurants nearby. It has both outside and inside seating. They have a good food menu and a bar menu. Their menu has meal options (starter/main meal/ side/ dessert) starting from 18€ per person. This option would be better and economical if you are in for a full meal. Their portion sizes were absolutely good and filling. We ordered a seafood risotto and a spaghetti carbonara with two drinks - (pictures below) over all its a nice place.

13/09/2025: The waiter shouldn't shout at potential customers, even if he's tired or annoyed by "these tourists". Maybe they came from far away to eat, rest and enjoy at your place, maybe they deserve some welcome, not anger. Very disappointed, expectations failed, can't recommend

12/09/2025: One of the best gelatos I've ever tasted, their cremino flavor is truly excellent! The pastries are also very good; I often stop for breakfast with a delicious cappuccino and a pistachio croissant! It's definitely worth it; I've always had a great experience. The staff is kind and smiling, very welcoming! I recommend it without a doubt!

15/09/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the farm-to-table experience "Le Merende del Tananei." The accommodation is beautifully and quietly located in the countryside. You can hear the stream and the birds in the background. David and Giorgia are incredibly kind and wonderful hosts. The rooms are super comfortable, the food, especially on the tour, is delicious, and the atmosphere is intimate. David quickly imparts important and interesting information about olive oil production and how to identify excellent olive oil. We highly recommend staying there!

14/09/2025: We had a truly wonderful stay with David and Georgia. We really enjoyed the olive oil tour they offered. The dinner that came with it was delicious; Georgia is a wonderful cook and incredibly sweet. David provided us with plenty of tips on what to do and was very helpful with questions. Both are very hospitable, which made our stay very enjoyable. The surroundings and garden are also beautiful, as is the exterior of the house. I can be brief about the hotel room. Very clean, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. Absolutely fantastic. When we were leaving for home in the evening instead of the next morning, Georgia packed us a breakfast bag to take with us. We thought this was very kind and thoughtful. In short, go there! You certainly won't be disappointed!

03/10/2025: Enchanting place. Very friendly staff. Incredible wine. Fresh pasta made by them... Need I say more? Very attentive to children too (my children are 4 years and 8 months old, and the bathroom has a changing table). Highly recommended!

15/09/2025: Incredible food, good service and beautiful surroundings! Highly recommend the carbonara with zucchini flowers! Another plus is the cute friendly goat that walks around villa senni estate. He was not in the restaurant of course, but we said hello and got to pet him a little when going for an after-lunch-walk.

11/09/2025: We stumbled upon this place staying in a b n b nearby. When we arrived we had a warm welcome and the staff immediately gave their full attention to help us understand the menu and translate everything, explaining all the dishes. As a vegan, I was worried as this was a very traditional restaurant, but the waitress spoke directly to the chefs, and made me custom meals, a beautiful starter and delicious main course that left me wanting more! I can highly recommend this place for foreigners or anyone looking to have exceptional service and good tasting food!

02/09/2025: If only it were near my house... Ildo's is the trattoria as I understand it: authentic and genuine with understated elegance and no frills. The food is amazing and the service is friendly and attentive, provided by women who know how to manage the tables with speed and attention. Highly recommended. Very fair prices.

01/09/2025: After a long journey, I was fortunate enough to find this restaurant, located just off the highway. An oasis of flavor and hospitality! The freshest fish, cooked to perfection, and the service was truly impeccable. Special thanks to Marco, the waiter, whose professionalism and class made the experience even more enjoyable with his invaluable recommendations. Kudos to the entire staff! I hope to return soon.

28/09/2025: A classic trattoria with two very friendly ladies in the dining room. On a Sunday, we called around 12:30 and there would be a table around 1:30-45. That was enough time for us to arrive. We ordered two first courses: Pici with ragù and lasagna. Both excellent! Then a steak and a mixed grill. The beef tasted like butter. The rest of the grill was very tasty. In the 14 years we've been in Tuscany, one of the best steaks we've had! Even if you're not around the corner, we'll definitely be back. Price: €30 per person. I'd say top notch!
