20/02/2024: Value for money a little high. A year ago I had the arancini with both squid ink and seafood and they were delicious, the pasta with clams a little less so. Lately I haven't been happy, pasta with prawns....but no trace of prawns, the arancinetti with fish the same as there was no trace of fish. Sin...!!!

18/02/2024: Very nice restaurant in the center of Acireale, where you can enjoy good fish dishes. The mixed starter and grill are good, the fish is fresh! Friendly service and fair prices.

10/08/2024: Perfect place for a quick meal, no table service, fixed price, choose what you want and sit down for 6/7 euros for lunch. Super recommended

19/08/2024: We booked this restaurant through Tripadvisor and were honestly very disappointed. First of all, the price indicated on Tripadvisor is not correct, it says that it is much cheaper than it is. Once we got there, the manager put us on the farthest table of all. We asked him if he could put us at a closer table and he told us that it was reserved (a lie, those tables were never used). Once we were ordering, I asked the restaurant manager to recommend between two wines and he decided to recommend a much more expensive one, naturally we opted for one of the wines we had in mind and not the one he recommended. When we chose the wine, surprisingly the manager made a gesture of displeasure, as if he didn't like the choice since it was a cheaper wine. These events made our evening not as pleasant as we expected. Except for the manager who was arrogant, the other workers were very friendly and professional, a shame because the restaurant has a lot of potential. Greetings

18/08/2024: Akropolis is very elegant restaurant. Food is delicious, great atmosphere and excellent service. The only thing that could be improved is their English. I’d come back next time.

06/08/2024: Great place to eat vegan. Apparently simple but well-studied and tasty dishes. Friendly staff. The only flaw is the fairly high price, but for a special dinner once in a while it's fine.

04/08/2024: This restaurant is absolutely wonderful. We came from Paris to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday in Palermo. We ordered food and two birthday cakes which were delivered to the boat directly by the owner. Everything was amazing! The service, the food, the kindness of the owners, everything! Everything was done with great care. The strawberry cake was delicious!. I would also like to point out that for such quality of service the price remained very affordable. I highly recommend this place and hope to have the chance to return.

25/08/2024: A unique place with exquisite food and products from local farmers. A beautiful and delightful table on the terrace overlooking the square, a great ice cream parlor and a church. Very nice staff and a chef invited to Poland... 😎.

13/08/2024: We’ve been coming to Ortgia 18 years but found the average restaurant offering inspiring and had largely given up, opting to cook dinner at home, and have breakfast out. Happily, Nostos opened near by and we made a booking. The restaurant is decorated to give a lovely intimate atmosphere with subtle lighting and Bossa Nova music playing. The staff were attentive and kind. My dining partner had a selection of arancini and fried squid with fries, while I had caponata followed by sea bream. All was delicately prepared and bursting with flavour. Obviously made with passion and love. The cannolo and lemon sorbet rounded off the meal. The house white wine was very nice. A great dining experience for a reasonable price. We’re looking forward to bringing our guests here. Totally recommend

04/08/2024: We had dinner two nights ago. It tastes divine, I had stuffed squid with an orange aftertaste, never tasted like this, to date the best I have ever tasted. Courteous waiters, quiet place. Absolutely worth going there. Congratulations again to the chef

16/08/2024: Excellent place with tasty and fresh fish "by the meter". We had an excellent aperitif with fried fish and strictly “Colomba Bianca” wine. Ideal for quick meals to eat on site or on the go

22/08/2024: Suffice it to say that my daughter's comment was: "the best dinner of my life". For me and her dad it's the place to celebrate every occasion, for her it was her first time in this place. Memorable every time!

12/08/2024: Excellent drinks/cocktail menu. Great location. We had the bruschetta sharing platter which was fab - I would highly recommend it! The menu itself is small but everything is fresh! The owners were very attentive!

13/07/2024: Non ci siamo. Menù con scelte molto ristrette. Ordinato uno spaghetto alla bottarga arrivato dopo un’ora con decisamente troppo sale. L’isola offre di meglio.

Pietanze sublimi....il top a Lampedusa 👍. Grande Caterina, Franco, Andrea..... c'è ne sarebbe da dire. Provare x credere 😉

18/08/2024: The best arancino I ate during my stay in Sicily. Wide choice of flavors and there is the possibility to also choose cutting boards or rotisserie such as pizzas and rustici. We took ragù, mushrooms and horse meat. The classic is the best nothing to take away from others.

22/08/2024: Ho mangiato due sera fa in questo ristorante vista mare. Un'esperienza magica sicuramente da rifare. Io e mio marito abbiamo cominciato la nostra cena con un mosaico di mare consigliatoci dallo staff, seguito da due primi da urlo. Lui ha preso uno spaghettone ai ricci, mentre io i ravioli ripieni di zucchine e gambero fatti a mano dallo chef. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino locale. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
