My wife and I had a really good dinner last night. The meat was top-notch, as were the appetizers. The waiter, Salvo, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We'll definitely be back.

Super comfortable restaurant, top-quality meat and wine with a wide selection of D.O.C. (controlled designation of origin). The owner clearly has a passion for his work! The menu features excellent appetizers. What can I say? Everything was delicious, accompanied by excellent service.

A butcher shop, which becomes a delicatessen, which becomes a deli, and which becomes a restaurant and grill. All of it top-notch quality. Maybe a little pricey, but everything is delicious. And then you can take your items home, choosing from meats and prepared dishes, cheeses, and many other specialties.

We were so happy to have found this place during our travel! Steak was exceptional, our server Salvo was very kind, and we had such a chill atmosphere! We will definetely come back if we come to sicily again ☺️

The quality of the food is excellent

The place isn't too crowded (depending on the time of day; it's less crowded at dinner), the food is excellent, mostly meat-based, and the staff is qualified, friendly, affectionate, down-to-earth, and very helpful. Salvo, the dining room manager, despite his young age, is incredibly empathetic, very approachable, and sociable, and very knowledgeable about choosing wines to pair with the excellent dishes. On weekends, the dining room staff also includes Aurora, a very young, charming, and beautiful woman, very affectionate and also very empathetic. The atmosphere is comfortable, where you immediately feel at ease without too much etiquette. I, with a friend, have been there several times, always trying different dishes, and we've always been satisfied, being meat lovers. The quality and cooking method are remarkable. Tonight we had a mouth-watering sliced ​​steak and fillet medallion with mushrooms. Salvo, the steward, recommended an exceptional Nero d'Avola/Merlot from Baglio di Pianetto, and to finish, a unique amaro that's nothing like the classic commercial amaros: the "Rosso amaro" made from Nero d'Avola from Syracuse...I've never had such a good amaro. In conclusion, I highly recommend it; go and try it, you won't regret it!
