Nestled in the heart of Enna, Le Tre Rose is exactly that. A modest, classic restaurant with a simple yet elegant atmosphere where everything feels warm, spotless, and genuinely welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. We began with the mussels, swimming in the most fragrant pink rosé sauce. They were beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and served in such generous portions that we honestly wondered how we would have room for our mains. Then came the homemade pasta with prawns and pesto, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, every bite tasted as though it had been prepared with genuine love and pride. It was the kind of pasta that reminds you why Italian cuisine is admired around the world. Alongside it, we enjoyed the fried calamari and prawns. The seafood was incredibly fresh, coated in a light, delicate golden batter that was wonderfully crisp without feeling heavy or oily. A perfect example of how simple ingredients shine when they're treated with care. The meal was beautifully complemented by generous side dishes and an assortment of freshly baked breads, including varieties filled with olives and anchovies, each adding another delicious layer to the experience. And then, dessert. We couldn't resist trying the ricotta cannolo and the cheesecake. As someone who usually isn't a fan of cheesecake, I was genuinely surprised. It was one of the best I've ever tasted, light, creamy, beautifully balanced, and the perfect ending to an already memorable meal. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, serving each dish with warmth, kindness, and the unmistakable pride that comes from people who truly love what they do. Le Tre Rose isn't about flashy presentation or chasing trends. It's about honest food, generous portions, beautiful flavours, and heartfelt Sicilian hospitality. 18/05/2026: We stopped here in Enna, and it was truly an excellent choice. The food was good, simple, and authentic Sicilian—just what we were looking for after a day of sightseeing. But Francesco made the difference—very kind, attentive, and natural in his manner. He immediately made us feel at ease, more like guests than passing customers. A place definitely worth a visit if you're passing through Enna.

11/08/2026: We had lunch, there is no menu, at the end comes the surprise... the bill 120 euros 2 appetizers, 4 pasta dishes, 2 half-liter beers 1 water, half a liter of wine.. I think it was exaggerated, even if I have to say the food was good, but at 30 euros per person I'm going to eat fish and sea!

09/08/2026: We had lunch on a Sunday. It's quite surprising to find a place of this quality in this small town. Home-style cooking; they barely even give you a menu. The appetizers are delicious (zucchini blossom fritters, spinach patties, peppers with cheese and bacon, etc.) made with excellent ingredients. There was a choice of two primi and two secondi that day. I had the pork in tomato sauce, which was very good. The pasta with meat sauce was also very good. A nice touch at the end of the meal: the owner offered us shots of homemade orange liqueur and homemade bay leaf and lemongrass liqueur. Superb: very good service. The dining room isn't much to look at. The TV was on in the background, but the tablecloths and service were impeccable. A very well-run, family-run establishment.

07/04/2026: We celebrated our son's baptism, and we were thrilled. The availability, courtesy, quality of the menu, and service met our expectations and those of our guests. The enchanting exterior, surrounded by greenery, features a mini playground, and sweet animals that keep the children smiling as they play. Congratulations to the owners for creating a place that creates a peaceful atmosphere for everyone, and for the innovation of their dishes and the passion and dedication they convey.

19/07/2026: A real gem! We had a wonderful time at this pizzeria! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was incredibly warm and friendly; we immediately felt at ease. As for the food, the pizza was excellent, with perfect crust and high-quality ingredients. The desserts were just as delicious. Unbeatable value for money. I highly recommend it to all lovers of authentic Italian pizza!

14/03/2026: As hungry tourists, we went for dinner quite early (by Sicilian standards). It was a good thing, because when we left the restaurant was packed... The best pasta we ate during our week in Sicily (Pasta Norma and pasta with wild fennel, pistachios, and breadcrumbs). Good wine by the glass. Very friendly service. Not exactly cheap, but it was worth it.

The pizza is truly delicious, made with top-quality ingredients that make a difference with every bite. The dough is phenomenal, light, and cooked to perfection. 27/07/2026: Excellent starter but the gnocchi were mass-produced... moreover, we asked for the wine list and were immediately given a mediocre bottle that cost €25... a shame. The waiter, however, was very friendly.

The restaurant is absolutely outstanding, the breakfast excellent, and the service extremely friendly and accommodating. Just keep in mind: the hotel is quite far out, and it's practically not reachable without a car. But if you're looking for peace, great food, and pure relaxation, this is the perfect place
