The strong point of this bar are undoubtedly the arancini, for which it is famous and I confirm that they are the best in the city; but the rotisserie in general is also really good. Top of the Top!

I have been a supporter of the arancini at the Alba and Ricupo bar for many years. But now that I have discovered this alternative I can no longer do without it. Highly recommended

I come from New York. My friend in Palermo always spoke about this place as having the best arancina in Palermo. So today he finally brought me here. OMG I just finished eating the best Arancina I ever ate in my life. It was spectacular. There were a lot of people there. Owners were really nice.

Le arancine sono qualcosa di spaziale ! Croccanti, calde e dai gusti vari, ho fatto una scorpacciata e non vedo l'ora di tornarci !

Sono andato presso quest' bar perché me ne avevano parlato molto bene. Il locale è un po' piccolo e datato. Qui però devo dire che ho gustato le loro arancine, una al burro ed una alla carne ed erano veramente buone.

27/02/2024: I really appreciated this place, even though it was Saturday and it was full, the layout of the rooms created a pleasant atmosphere without feeling confusion. The platter is truly excellent and varied, from chickpea humus, to chicken curry, to fried caciocavallo with honey, to cured meats and more. The cabernet sauvignon served was very good. The carrot cake is excellent accompanied by a delicious cream cheese and yogurt. Very friendly and professional staff. Average value for money. I will be back to try the à la carte menu.
14/02/2024: Delightful place that we discovered on the occasion of a fiftieth anniversary. We returned for Valentine's evening. Enchanting atmosphere, extraordinary flavors (the hand of the excellent chef Azzurra), and the service...a riot of pampering. A special mention for Gloria, our contact person at the table. We like jazz...which was the background for the entire evening.

17/02/2024: We spent 4 weeks in Castelbuono for a film shoot and we had lunch and dinner at this restaurant! 🔝 Great place! Great food! The owner is an exceptional person and great prices! Recommended place 💯
