29/03/2025: I thought I could buy it any time I went there like in Korea, so I went on a weekday, but I was first impressed by the kindness of the person who said that they could buy sfogliatelle on the weekend and that they would make it for me.
I went again on the weekend, and I was secondly impressed by the kindness of the person who said that they were happy to see me. I was thirdly impressed when I tasted it at my accommodation.
You can buy cronetto and Italian pastries at any bar, but pastries at a pastry shop are different.
The pastry dough is delicious and the cream is so delicious. I hope that after reading this review, many Koreans will go there and spend money so that it becomes popular and can be eaten not only on weekends but also on regular days.
It's really, really delicious, so if you go to Bari, please stop by this pastry shop!! And I feel like there are more really good bakeries near my accommodation than near tourist attractions. ㅎㅎ

Cooked seafood appetizer €25 (bruschetta with salmon and butter, bruschetta with anchovies and stracciatella, 7 fresh mussels, squid in white sauce, and classic octopus). Cover charge €3, water €3, small sea bream with potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and olives (baked) €25.
Normal portions, above-average prices. I recommend reading other users' negative reviews to learn how to deal with the staff. They aren't rude, but it's true that they're not clear and you need to ask specific questions and demand precise answers. The price and weight of the fish weren't clear. However, with these precautions, you can have a fairly peaceful lunch. The fish is definitely fresh and local (for the counter-service fish, you're allowed to choose from the ones displayed, as soon as they're delivered). First courses range from €16 to €25. €84 for a lunch, even if it's seafood, but with that quantity, isn't worth it. The appetizer included some very good dishes, but also dishes that were too simple to represent the price tag. Shoulders. The fish stall (€80/kg) suffers from the excessive price. Not a bad experience, but I recommend it for large groups (4 or more), to sample everything individually and to avoid spending too much, as other users have reported. An experience worth trying once for a treat.

RESTAURANT FOR UNPROVIDENT TOURISTS!!
Restaurant recommended by the Maître d' at the best hotel in Bari. The food is unquestionably good, but it's really difficult to eat badly in Bari. The waiter is attentive to everything, but he's also a bit crafty, and the fact that he recommends something then causes a moment of anger when you go to pay.
We had lunch for five of us, eating:
1 burratina each, 2 bruschettas each with butter and salmon, and the other with stracciatella and anchovy, crudités as pictured, 1 bottle of rosé, 2 bottles of water, 5 sorbets, and 3 coffees. The bill was over €80 per person. The problem arose when I entered the restaurant to pay the bill. I witnessed the waiter who served us gesticulating as if he were chopping meat with an axe and telling the person doing the bill to add it to the bill, saying, "Come on, come on, don't worry, add it!" This shows that restaurants like this will have trouble staying open in the long run, as you can rip people off once, but they never come back, and most importantly, they'll never recommend the same restaurant to others. In fact, most of the customers, as confirmed by locals, are tourists passing through; locals either don't go there because it's too expensive, or, more importantly, if you move a few hundred meters, you'll find restaurants where the food is much better and the price is significantly lower. I will definitely never return to this restaurant, not because the food is bad, but because of the sly management, from the waiters to the restaurant manager, and even the owner. When I asked, "But the raw fish has tripled in price compared to the menu," his response was, "Well, this year there's no fish; what you can get is expensive!" You should be ashamed of yourself for scamming your customers!!!

Beautiful complex well located between Bari and Brindisi, near the pretty town of Monopoli.
Beautiful, well-equipped rooms.
Good Italian cuisine.
Good Wi-Fi.
Friendly staff.
2 beautiful pools.
Good entertainment team.
Cons:
Room soundproofing could be improved.
No real beach.
Parking is difficult as it's crowded.
Waiting at the breakfast buffet.
Basic breakfast.
Meals are not very varied.
Tables are set up for meals.
A car is essential.
19/08/2025: Let me start by saying that I've rarely felt so welcomed at a resort. My partner and I (a 25-year-old gay couple) were treated with great care and kindness, far beyond mere professionalism.
Reception
Staff always available. They even showed me the resort's floor plan (Dante Bini design) and responded with interest to my questions. One day, they even notified me via WhatsApp (I'd turned off my phone in the room) that I'd left the lights on in the car: a thoughtful gesture.
Room and Cleanliness
Apartment in the beautiful dome. Cleanliness was good, although the sheets had a few stains and the floors are only mopped once a week (but I'm sure they would have done more if we'd asked).
Sea and Pools
The sea was splendid, although the wind sometimes prevented us from swimming; fortunately, there are free coves nearby, and the property also offers a slight discount at a partner beach.
The wooden deck with cushioned loungers right by the sea was beautiful.
Two pools: a chlorinated relaxation pool and a saltwater pool. The card for collecting clean beach towels every day is very convenient.
Entertainment and Bar
Soft entertainment, discreet with adults. Evening shows are a bit dated. Two bars: "La Dunetta" (excellent ice cream, but avoid the iced coffee) and the upper bar, serving coffee, tea, and lounge drinks.
Dining
We were very satisfied with our full-board stay.
Breakfast: a wide selection of sweet treats, excellent cappuccinos (thanks to Antonia).
Lunch and Dinner: a varied buffet with salads, pastries, dairy products, meat and fish first courses, plus a fixed pasta dish with tomato sauce. At dinner, live cooking shows featuring typical dishes. The first course chef (a peer of ours) is excellent.
Children's Menu: freshly prepared pasta dishes by Antonia.
Superior Restaurant (reservations required): Extremely high quality, dishes worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, such as smoked amberjack sashimi with mango salsa. A very light pizza is also available.
Waiting Staff
Extraordinary people who combine professionalism and friendliness.
Matron Maria: energetic, charismatic, incredibly sweet with children, impeccable in managing the dining room. Nothing goes wrong with her.
(CONGRATULATIONS ON THE WEDDING!!!)
Antonia: smiling and attentive, she always remembered how much we loved our cappuccinos and asked how we were doing.
Assistant Manager Mariangela: omnipresent throughout the facility to ensure guests' satisfaction. She is a calming professional who seeks honest feedback, solves every problem, and answers all questions. She even granted us a late checkout, allowing us a final shower in our room after swimming in the pool.
A Special Gesture
My partner celebrated his birthday during our stay: I ordered a cake from reception, and the matron Maria, my assistant Mariangela, and I celebrated with heartfelt congratulations! It was beautiful and very warm!
Conclusion
The resort isn't perfect, but it won us over thanks to the people who bring it to life. Strong points: incredible staff, excellent food, well-kept sea and pools, large green spaces, professional lifeguards, inclusiveness towards LGBT couples, and the beautiful domes. We felt welcomed with respect and warmth. We hope to return soon. Thank you all so much! ❤️

14/08/2025: We ended up at this bar because we needed a gluten-free breakfast (like my daughter, she's celiac). Two cappuccinos, two croissants, a gluten-free croissant, a glass of hot milk, a small bottle of water, €16!!!! Where are we?! Crazy prices!!! When we paid, the owner asked us for €16, but the bill was actually €13.
Walking around one evening later, we noticed it was the only empty bar... there's a reason for that!!!
Molfetta is a beautiful town, with an excellent culinary culture and fair prices. It doesn't deserve this embarrassment.
10/08/2025: We just had an aperitivo at this place, and we had a really great time. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. The local wines and locally sourced food, all homemade and Apulian, are delicious. We highly recommend it! We'll definitely be back if we ever come to Puglia again! It was a pleasant surprise!

20/06/2025: I had dinner with friends at this restaurant and I have to say that the cuisine is really worth it: well-prepared dishes, balanced flavors and quality raw materials. The staff is kind and attentive, the environment elegant.
The only thing that bothered us a little was the constant barking of some dogs near the hotel that disturbed the conversation a little. I hope a solution can be found, because for the rest it is a place that I would gladly recommend.

15/09/2025: We went for lunch after the beach. At first, the service was a little poor because the waitress didn't take our order, but she did some time later.
The place was very nice with beautiful views of the beach. The music was moderate but not too loud.
We ordered frittata and burrata as starters, which were very good, especially the frittata.
And to finish, we had three pizzas.
14/09/2025: After waiting over an hour, the pizzas we ordered arrived. I can only say that I've eaten very few pizzas as bad as this one. The Margherita DOP tasted like it was made with frozen panzerotti filling, with an orange-colored broth dripping from it. I swear, just thinking about it makes me sick. The buffalo mozzarella was nonexistent. All the pizzas were anemic and undercooked. The location is definitely worth it thanks to the sea view, but if you want a decent pizza, I recommend going elsewhere.

04/08/2025: Ten people, including two children aged 3 and 4. We asked if it was possible to make two pizzelle and were told it wasn't possible. So we decided to order eight pizzas and four appetizers, plus water and a beer each. Price per person: €36 for an inedible pizza. They even made the kids pay a cover charge, meaning they couldn't even eat a pizza.
Shameful. We came back because we used to come here often as kids, but this was truly the last time.
P.S. The staff was really rude.

26/07/2025: We were there last night. The smell was terrible, perhaps from broken sewage treatment plants in nearby businesses. The service was slow, with difficulty calling the waiters. The pizzas arrived very late and with errors. And to top it off, a band that didn't explain anything to us. It was a shame we had a family reunion. It was a really bad night. I asked for the bill, and it arrived after half an hour because I went to pick it up and it was ready there.
