The service wasn’t bad—the barista was accommodating, but you can’t tell whether she was just playing along or genuinely interested in something serious and lasting! The price was steep—€2.80 for a bitter ginseng coffee and a brioche—with no glass of water included, which for a place that looks five-star in both price and décor is an unforgivable oversight

04/10/2025: "La Terra di Mezzo – Beer & Food" is one of those places where you immediately feel at ease, as if you were among friends. The atmosphere is warm, convivial, and a little timeless, with a rustic touch reminiscent of a tavern but with a modern soul. The staff is friendly, smiling, and passionate about recommending the perfect beer to pair with every dish. It's the kind of place where you come in for a meal and end up staying just to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The food is excellent: rich sandwiches, thoughtful platters, and dishes that truly taste of home. The craft beers are a constant source of discovery, all different but of great quality. The portions never disappoint, and the prices are more than fair. In short, a sincere place, made of good food, authentic beer, and people who put their heart into what they do.

04/10/2025: A well-known venue, with decor inspired by the famous "Saga" and its surroundings... Always a great choice for an evening with friends. The food is good and the price is reasonable.

12/10/2025: Let's start from the end: for the first time in my life, I got to the point of getting up and leaving a restaurant. Now I'll explain why. We booked a table with the assurance that there would be an à la carte option, without a fixed menu. We arrived at 1:00 PM, sat down, and the chef came over, hats off, and informed us that there were only two options: seafood or meat (€35 and €40). We didn't know what these menus consisted of; it was all a surprise. We pointed out that we had booked specifically for the à la carte option, having no intention of spending Sunday at the restaurant, and the chef told us that once we were full, we could stay (and thanks to...I'd say). Anyway, we ordered two meat menus and a plate of orecchiette for the little girl. Ten minutes pass, and this dish arrives, unlike anything you'd ever seen in the worst restaurants of the '80s: a mini knot of fresh mozzarella, a potato and spinach tart (passable, to be honest), a slice of caciocavallo cheese with the rind still on, a piece of bread with half a tomato, and a handful of sad, inedible mushrooms preserved in oil straight from a Soviet canteen. All of it drowned in an excessive amount of oil whose purpose is unknown. We wait expectantly for the continuation of this appetizer, but soon realize that nothing else will arrive. Cured meats, sliced ​​meats, and hot appetizers have not arrived. Never mind, we think, we may not have chosen the best restaurant in the area, but maybe the first courses will make up for it. Too bad that from this point on, over an hour goes by without anything arriving at the table. Not even the orecchiette pasta for the little girl who had been fasting in the meantime. After an hour, we ask one waiter, then another, but there's no sign of the first course. At this point, at 2:20 PM, on empty stomachs, we ask for the bill, determined to leave. Here begins the show. The poor waiters, clearly embarrassed, try to dissuade us, making excuses and saying they couldn't count us; the owner (the chef from the beginning) was serving, and he was obviously busy in the kitchen. After waiting for five minutes, I get up and go to the cashier, but even then, there's no sign of the chef. Finally, at the third reminder from the poor waiter, the chef/owner/cashier comes out, rather annoyed, and mutters something about how, with the restaurant full, we'd have to wait. I ask, politely and without further argument, to pay for the amount we consumed because it was getting late, and here comes the apotheosis: The chef arrogantly tells me it's 40 euros!!! At that point, I threatened to call the financial police and was rudely kicked out of the restaurant. A surreal experience.

22/09/2025: Just yesterday, Sunday, I had the pleasure of having lunch with my family at this welcoming restaurant. The food was excellent: all the dishes were tasty and delicate. The service was also excellent: the staff were efficient and helpful. The owner, in particular, was friendly and welcoming. Finally, I can say that the quality/price ratio is also very good! I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant... you won't regret it!

08/09/2025: Attracted by the photos of the menu - potatoes, rice, and mussels, and Marretto with potatoes - we booked at this rotisserie, a disappointment. As soon as the owner showed up, he told us that the photos didn't match the menu, even though they were published on their website. This was completely at odds with what I was told over the phone when we booked. It was too late to choose another place. We settled for the mediocre menu - two euros for a cover charge, two euros for spring water. I urge the owner to take action to remove those misleading labels. I wouldn't go back!

29/08/2025: Nice place. They have a large selection of pizzas and other dishes. The pizza was excellent and really cheap, too. The place was packed, but everything went really quickly. We'll definitely be back.

17/05/2025: A very beautiful restaurant. I felt very comfortable. The food was excellent. I'll be back. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was friendly, which made the experience even better. Each dish was carefully prepared, and the flavors blended perfectly. The desserts in particular left a lasting impression, so I can't wait to try them again. I can't wait to return to discover new delicacies.

07/03/2025: The experience was excellent! The pizza is delicious, with a light and fragrant dough, the freshest ingredients, and a wide selection of toppings. The dishes are also carefully prepared and rich in flavor. The staff is friendly and attentive, always available to accommodate any request. 22/08/2025: I ate a takeaway pizza last night. Since it's a wood-fired oven, I thought it would be delicious, but I was a little disappointed. It was chunky and heavy. It's a shame, I would have gladly returned, but I wasn't satisfied 😢

12/06/2025: Pizzeria in the center of Valenzano. However, it does not have outdoor seating. I personally ordered the Foresta Nera pizza. The dough is good and the pizza is thin (as is customary in Bari and the surrounding area).

09/07/2025: Siamo stati con amici in questa pizzeria, locale bellissimo, abbiamo mangiato delle pinze eccezionali, i prodotti usati di ottima qualità. Ottimo anche il servizio. Sicuramente da ritornarci. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo

10/06/2025: J'avais demandé à l'IA le chat mistral un restaurant à Alberbello qui ne soit pas un attrape touriste, il m'a conseillé celui-ci ! Pas déçu, bon rapport qualité prix, et serveurs très gentils, il y avait même une serveuse qui parlait français ! Parfait !

31/08/2025: We happened to arrive during siesta time, so we expected to just grab a drink and not be able to eat anything. But quite the opposite, we were greeted with an incredibly warm welcome! And to top it all off, the chef served us delicious spaghetti for free before the dish we ordered. The food was delicious! I highly recommend this place.

30/09/2025: The quality/price ratio is excellent, and the kindness of the staff makes the difference. The gluten-free pizzas are excellent.

21/09/2025: I stopped by and picked up two takeout pizzas, one of which was gluten-free. They were really good, and the homemade dough was excellent. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

14/05/2025: Needing to buy something for breakfast, I opened Google Maps and searched for “supermarket” nearby. That’s how I came across this bakery right around the corner. In fact, following Google Maps, I ended up relying on my nose to find it—there wasn’t any sign out front. I was a bit puzzled, but decided to give it a shot anyway. Once inside, I asked for the brioche and the clerk pointed me to a bag with five rolls that looked like little oil buns. At €1.80 total, the price was a very pleasant surprise!

04/05/2025: Among the best taralli I have ever eaten. Every time I go back down, I always stop by Capurso to stock up on taralli to take back to Florence. There are various flavors and formats of tarallo, both sweet and savory, but also other products occasionally.
