11/08/2024: This is our experience for a dinner for two based on grilled meat. Unfortunately this time it didn't go well. As soon as we arrive, my girlfriend takes out my bottle of water that I always carry with me, to take some medicines, the owner, seeing the bottle, tells us that they also sold water... I don't know why he wanted to belittle us in front of other people. Among other things we bought a large bottle of water from them too. The restaurant also has outdoor seating, but the tables are very close together, so there is little space. It's definitely not a romantic or peaceful place. the service was average, we waited more than three quarters of an hour. It's usually always crowded, but our order was just three slices of horse diaphragm and 6 heads of plain beef sausage. The bread was plain sliced ​​in a bag. The slices were cooked rare, even though we asked for medium rare, knowing that the diaphragm is preferably eaten at medium rare given that it tends to harden and become rubbery, but unfortunately the slices were full of sinews and almost raw so we couldn't eat half the portion. Unfortunately Google doesn't give me the opportunity to publish the photo (almost raw slice with blood). Among other things, the staff including the owner did not ask me why I had left half the meat on the plate. In fact they asked me if I wanted to buy more food. The sausage was good, perhaps a little too seasoned with tomato and cheese, enough to cover the flavor of the meat, cooked well. Cost of 3 slices approximately 200g and 6 items of sausage 250g and a bottle of water...I would say above average and a little expensive.

31/07/2024: There is no lack of good food, there is a total lack of good manners. The food is so good, but the staff (specifically the person who takes care of the butcher's counter) is rude and totally unsuitable for contact with the public. The first evening we went for dinner with two friends and already on that occasion there was evident an inability to manage situations with a higher than average number of customers which the place is probably used to experiencing under management. We enter without a reservation, the only table available inside. They still don't let us sit before a reservation for a table for 3 outside is cancelled. We ask to change tables immediately but we are denied with an excuse evidently invented on the spot. Not bad for forgetting a dish, which we reported shortly before the bill, because in any case the quantities are very large. At the end of the evening we ask for information on how to buy some bowler hats and the man tells us to show up at the club the following evening (a Thursday evening, not a weekend). No other instructions other than to show up the next evening. So we do. We arrive at 10pm and the same gentleman, obviously annoyed, doesn't even respond to our repeated "good evening". We ask to be able to take the meat and he replies that we should have ordered it because if he sells it to us he risks not having it for the evening's customers. We would like to point out that we had omitted this aspect the night before. It's really a shame. The leap from excellent butcher to terrible restaurateur was really short.

31/07/2024: Eravamo in vacanza alla "Villa del Senatore" e quindi questo era il bar in accordo per la colazione. Ci sediamo e la cameriera ci passa davanti tre volte ignorandoci completamente. Ordiniamo ma ciò che desideriamo non che l'anno poi arrivano le brioche e due sono minuscole e una è gigantesca. Non ci avevano avvisato della grandezza delle così dette "brioche". Insoddisfatti

Excellent quality of food, traditional land dishes, not too elaborate and tasty, excellent cuts, top mushrooms. As a good foodie, I would have appreciated larger quantities. Service ok. Maybe there were a lot of us and the spaces were a bit limited. However, the outcome is largely positive.

20/07/2024: Ci sono stata piu’ volte ed ho avuto modo di assaggiare un po’ tutto, dalla rosticceria ai primi e secondi. Dunque, fare una valutazione di media non e’ semplice in quanto ho trovato buone delle cose (soprattutto panificati/rosticceria) e mediocri i primi. Oggi ad esempio, ho ordinato una porzione di parmigiana…ne son rimasta delusa purtroppo . E’ risultata inondata di salsa (piena di basilico e sapeva solo di quello), acquosa e dal retrogusto leggermente amaro. La pulizia c’è, in quanto le banconiste non toccano mai i soldi (ci sono le macchinette per il pagamento), i tavoli andrebbero sicuramente puliti piu’ spesso. Ad ogni modo, per una pausa al volo e’ davvero una buona soluzione per tutta la famiglia.

26/06/2024: Questo posto è perfetto in vacanza, si trovano pasti pronti da asporto dalle 8,00 del mattino, oppute si può consumare sul posto all'interno o all'esterno, vasto assortimento di panificati, pizze, focacce, anche farcite, primi secondi e dolci. Buona cucina, prezzi onesti.
