02/08/2025: Last night, Friday, August 3rd, I was so hungry while waiting for friends at the airport that I thought maybe I'd still find something open in Bitonto, since it was 11:15 PM. I came across this pizzeria, with very polite and helpful staff, and since I didn't have much time, they offered me a panzerotto, which they prepared and baked in less than 5 minutes. It was delicious, although I'll admit I'm not a big fan of baked panzerotto. Soft dough and abundant, delicious ingredients for only 2 euros. If you're in the area, definitely go there. Excellent. 04/02/2025: Very beautiful location. But unfortunately the food isn't. I received a hamburger that was very hard and I couldn't eat it. I compliment the pasta with sauce because it was very good, but on the adult menu the good thing was the tart, the rest was absolutely not. 02/08/2025: I went to lunch with my family and I don't know how people manage to eat in this place... the food was nothing special, the staff were as if they were going to a funeral and the customer service was zero. I personally wouldn't go back.

17/05/2025: Traditional cuisine, excellent wine, large spaces also outdoors to celebrate in good company. Very friendly and easy-going staff and management.

02/07/2025: Service a bit slow (even though it was Saturday night and the tables were all full). Good fritters with the two varieties of sauces, decent pizza. Recommended place for the quiet of the villa.

20/07/2025: Ci sono andata ben tre volte nel giro di 10 giorni anche perché i tavolini all'aperto si trovano su una bella piazzetta, infatti mi spiace dover fare una recensione negativa. Uno dei camerieri (da noi soprannominato Peter Parker) è stato estremamente gentile e professionale, l'altro, quello più alto, molto meno. La sera prima ha per sbaglio rovesciato una nostra bibita e non solo non l'ha sostituita, ma non l'ha neanche tolta dal conto. Come se non bastasse ha pulito la bibita versata spruzzando detersivo mentre alcuni di noi stavano mangiando!!! Ma la cosa più imbarazzante è successa la sera successiva, quando ci ha accusato di aver rubato i segnaposto dei tavoli. I segnaposto! Incredibile... è stato molto sgradevole. Per quanto riguarda il cibo personalmente ho assaggiato solo gli uramaki e li ho trovati buoni. Chi ha preso i ravioli dice che non erano ben cotti, ma soprattutto troppo costosi. Il resto del cibo abbastanza buono, mentre i cocktail leggerini... la prossima volta gli regalo una scorta di segnaposto 😂

01/07/2025: A really beautiful place, with good taste. I tasted an excellent cocktail that was suggested to me by the barman simply expressing my preferences. The only thing that in a context like Gravina a cocktail cannot cost as much as in a city. I will come back anyway to try the food, highly recommended for the beverage 😉

17/07/2025: Typical Apulian restaurant and pizzeria with very good dishes, appetizers, and pizzas, excellent service. Furthermore, as we own an electric car, it offers free charging with a 22kW charging station. 👍👍👍👍

16/06/2025: I was happy to return to Porta Centrale Bistrò after a very positive first experience, and this time too the place proved to be up to par. Relaxed atmosphere, kind and attentive staff, a carefully curated menu with dishes that enhance the Apulian tradition in a contemporary way. The crispy egg in a jacket was well presented and delicate in taste, even if the yolk was slightly cold in the center, the only detail that could be improved. For the rest, everything was excellent, including the selection of classic and special pizzas! A place where you gladly return and that continues to grow.

20/05/2025: We wanted a restaurant that opened before 8pm. This was the only one we could find in Gravina. Food was great, and service was friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit if you're in Gravina.

30/07/2025: A tiny, typical Monopoli restaurant in the heart of the historic center, with tables only outside under a grape pergola. Delicious platters and sandwiches, beers and wines to accompany them, the perfect place to spend a summer evening. I recommend booking as it's always full. The staff are friendly and helpful, as is the owner Franco, who is always present among the guests.

18/08/2025: Disappointing food! We ordered the shrimp tartare and couldn’t even finish it - tasted like cat food. Also got 2 pastas and quite disappointed with the flavours - very bland. Also quite expensive.

14/08/2025: Terrible quality of food and serving on broken plates. Terrible. Waiter who does not know Italian and English. Terrible service. Place for tourists. Beautiful point right at the entrance to the arch. It's a pity to ruin such places.

27/06/2025: My family and I found ourselves by pure chance, having dinner at this pizzeria. We found friendly and punctual service, a welcoming location and truly exceptional pizzas (including appetizers). Highly recommended place, we will definitely return.

26/06/2025: This evening I went for assassina, an immense "military" portion, delicious with a burrata to sweeten it all. Now I know that even when I don't feel like pizza, always exceptional, I can go with a nice first course always faithful to the corner❤️❤️❤️

16/07/2025: Don't try the carbonara it's only overcooked pasta with scrambled eggs and pepper. No meat no parseman nothing.

14/07/2025: I believe Bari is one of the best places in Italy for dining. This Osteria in particular offers excellent food. I ordered the Cavatelli ai frutti di mare (seafood skewers), and it was simply perfect. The pasta was perfect, the broth was incredibly flavorful, and everything was very fresh. The house wine is of very good quality. A bruschetta starter, the cavatelli primo, two glasses of wine, and a bottle of water came to 20 euros, which was very affordable considering the quality of everything. In short, I recommend it to anyone who has the opportunity.
