02/03/2026: Thank you….It may not be on the sea, but it's definitely like being in it. Super fresh fish, exceptional ingredients! Truly, congratulations! And a gentleman named Antonio, who is truly sublime, with a truly remarkable amount of experience…!!!
I haven't tried the pizza, but the two guys sitting next to me were heading towards the third! Pizza!!!! He really had a handsome face!!!
22/02/2026: We were there last night, right on time, and were seated with a reservation. The location hadn't been confirmed. We then asked about their house antipasto and were told there were 8 courses, including prosciutto and a large mozzarella for each appetizer. However, by the time the mozzarella was ready, it had become 2 small pieces. When we asked for an explanation, they replied that they didn't want to ruin a whole mozzarella because it was too much for one person. The rest of the appetizer was mediocre. The pizzas were good and the price was fair, except for the appetizer. We won't be back.

13/03/2026: The interior is cute, quite rustic, reminding me a bit of a tourist attraction inside an amusement park. The food is exceptional; I recommend the spaghetti all'assassina. I must say I noticed the high quality of the dishes, especially at the fairly reasonable prices. The service is a major flaw: they forgot our appetizers, misunderstood our order, didn't bring our drinks, and it took them five minutes to issue a bill. However, the overall quality is good; I'd gladly return.

01/03/2026: Great place to eat good pizza. The quality and price are really excellent. It can get a bit crowded on weekends.
22/02/2026: We went to this place with a reservation at 9:15 PM and ordered appetizers and pizzas. The appetizers arrived promptly.
After waiting two hours for the pizzas, we started asking how much longer we had to wait, but received no answer. After that, we decided to get up and leave, paying a whopping €65 for a portion of fries, fritters, and prosciutto, two bottles of water, and a beer.
ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. RUDE STAFF, OWNER WHO CARE ABSOLUTELY.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!!

12/02/2026: Random stop on a rainy offseason day. Owner Vincenzo was so friendly and helped us select our meal. Not only did he help us find the more local options for food and wine, he helped with general information and recommendations for our visit.
Excellent lunch in a comfortable place.
03/02/2026: We found this place by chance for lunch with friends. The owner was very kind and seated us even though the restaurant was about to close. He had us sit outside, as we requested, and turned on the patio heaters. The food was good and the prices were reasonable for the quality and the location. Attentive service and a pleasant experience. I recommend it!

02/03/2026: I went to Triticum for my birthday (there were five of us) and it was a perfect choice.
A modern place with a rustic touch that makes it warm and welcoming. It was a busy Friday night, but the service was very fast and organized.
My only suggestion is to turn down the music.
The contemporary pizza is really good;
The young waitresses, some super approachable, others more formal, but all professional. The younger waitresses are very friendly, kind, and sweet; they make you feel truly welcomed, not just a "customer." They give good advice and you can tell they care.
If you want a well-made gourmet pizza and a refined atmosphere without the anxiety of a fancy restaurant, this is the place.

08/03/2026: The food quality is excellent, as is the service and the welcoming atmosphere. Not recommended for those on a diet; it's full of food porn! My only suggestion: a half-leaf of lettuce would help with sandwiches, just to rinse your mouth. Highly recommended.

The quality of the food is truly this place's strong point: excellent ingredients, thoughtful pairings, and always perfectly balanced burgers. Each dish is carefully crafted, without excess but with plenty of substance.
But what really makes the difference is the staff: smiling, helpful, and always ready to offer the best advice.
When you find quality and courtesy in the same place, it's impossible not to return.
