16/10/2024: A discapito di alcune recensioni negative, ci rechiamo al trullo del conte che risulta essere un locale molto piacevole. Il locale è informale, la cucina è ottima cosi come la gentilezza del proprietario che ci ha trattato come “compaesani”. In conclusione ristorante da non farsi sfuggire in caso di vacanza ad Alberobello. Ps: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

01/06/2025: We went for lunch today, very disappointed Central appetizer for three with the counted pieces (3 meatballs + 3 shrimp tails in tepura + 3 morsels and ham?!? + 2 potato cakes and a central octopus salad gone....) like a rotisserie No menu, the waiter offered us as availability only the first course with scorpion fish or shellfish sauce and two second courses of fish, while subsequently at the tables around everything arrived, even spaghetti all'assassina..... For the second course a fried dish and a roast sea bass for two, praised as seafood but had no flavor arrived after about 40 minutes Two bottles of water Total € 115.00 Draw your own conclusions....

19/05/2025: Rustic atmosphere and friendly staff. We have been to this place twice. The setting has its charm: the interior is decidedly rustic, which creates a welcoming and traditional atmosphere, an aspect that we appreciated on both visits. A plus point is definitely the presence of the outdoor pool, with an adjacent lawn, a nice plus especially on the hottest days, which adds a pleasant touch to the location, where children can run around. There are no rides, especially for the little ones. The staff was kind and helpful, helping to make the stay pleasant. As for the dishes, I would define them as average. Good, but nothing that surprised us or that remained particularly impressed in the memory. We also noticed the presence of a bar counter, but on one of our visits we were a little disappointed by the fact that they did not have Baileys, a small lack for those who appreciate it at the end of the meal. In conclusion, if you are looking for simple cuisine in a rustic setting, this is a place that offers an overall good experience, especially for the characteristic setting and the courtesy of the service.

13/05/2025: We celebrated our child's Communion in this beautiful place. Very well-kept garden, rustic interiors and excellent quality of food. A beautiful day carefully organized thanks to the advice of the very expert Paola. Impeccable service and very well organized. Five well-deserved stars.

12/05/2025: On Saturday evening we decided to try Cris & Bio, attracted by the interesting proposals on the menu and the curiosity to try something different. The place, despite it being a Saturday evening, was not particularly crowded: several tables remained empty throughout the evening, which surprised us a bit. The food, overall, was decent. Nothing exceptional, but not disappointing either. However, there were some aspects that left a little to be desired. In particular, we asked to replace the baobab dough on a pizza with the classic dough, a change that was categorically denied "because changes cannot be made on Saturdays". Now, I understand that on a busy Saturday night it can be tricky, but with so many free tables, we would have expected a little more flexibility. Furthermore, the pizza in question arrived at the table decidedly burnt, a detail that affected our experience. A plus point certainly goes to the desserts: the semifreddo and tiramisu were delicious, well balanced and really tasty, a much better ending than the main courses. Unfortunately, the next day two of us had some stomach problems, nothing serious, but enough to make us think a little about the quality of the ingredients or the preparation. Ultimately, Cris & Bio has potential, but Saturday night's experience left us a little perplexed. Perhaps it is worth trying again during the week, when the turnout is even lower and perhaps there is greater willingness to meet customer requests. We would definitely like to try some different dishes and give them another chance, but with a little more attention to detail

14/05/2025: We are very happy we found this place - not on purpose, we found during our evening walk around Monopoly and the atmosphere made us stay. Felt so local, so thought out, the menu was a bit different from everywhere else and the food was probably the most delicious we tasted during our stay. The only negative comment I have, is we waited too long, at least 40 minutes, for our order and we were with kids who were very hungry. However, the staff was kind, they apologised, and the service was good all together so we don't regret at all our visit there. The food is worth it.

13/05/2025: We had lunch outside for 4 with appetizer, first and second course all per person. Excellent quality of the dishes chosen, quite prepared staff. Small adjustments to report. The appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses seemed prepared too far in advance due to the darker color of the cooked ham compared to the part covered by the buffalo mozzarella. Then the other adjustment or advice, I didn't like going back in the afternoon, during the closing, and seeing the outside tables already set with plates, glasses and cutlery, it's not exactly the best in terms of hygiene. Everything else was appreciated, price about €60 per person including 4 glasses of wine... in line with what was ordered and for the place. We will return to consume inside to also evaluate the location internally.

10/03/2025: I went for a pizza with some friends and I had a pretty good time. The pizza is really high quality, I really liked it. However, the selection of beers is a little less so. Either way, a nice place.
