24/10/2025: Total disappointment. Pizza was just okay. But the service was completely disappointing. No empathy. Furthermore, we found ourselves in the middle of noisy and uninhibited groups. In short, for a meal as a couple, it was far from great. It would have been quite simple to move away from these groups for a little privacy. In short, we absolutely do not recommend this place. The disappointment of our week in Puglia in terms of restaurants, whereas until now everything had been very good.

22/05/2025: If you want to spend a wonderful Friday night at Vinarius in Monopoli I can only recommend it! Our dinner show was a positive experience, characterized by a lively atmosphere and an excellent selection of dishes, all delicious. The entertainment offered by the singer made the evening even more special, bringing a touch of magic and fun that involved us all. It was a nice way to enjoy dinner, entertained by engaging music. The prices are average and reflect the quality of the service and food, while the location is really nice and well-kept, creating a perfect environment for an evening with friends or as a couple.

27/04/2025: I was there to see the Negramaro cover... but I am very disappointed by the fact that having booked a table for 6 and then I canceled for 4 and there were only two of us... specifying that we were part of the Negramaro fan club... and I asked if they could kindly put us close to the band.... but instead they put us at a table in the last corner even though they had tables for 2 much further ahead....

03/10/2025: Truly excellent Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Spectacular wings Superb bombette. From the cooking to the flavor, everything was delicious. The wine recommended by the staff was truly excellent. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat quality meat at fair prices in a truly relaxing atmosphere.

28/08/2025: We ate outside since it was summer. The meat was very good and well cooked! (We had classic, spicy, and smoked bombette, sausage, baked potatoes, and marri.) The prices were a little high, but for a tourist destination, they're fair.

09/10/2025: We went to this place last night for the first time. Everything was perfect, from the service to the atmosphere. Not to mention the quality of the food served.

21/09/2025: Decent food. Service needs work: A bit grumpy, sometimes annoyed, they use bad humor toward the customers at the table, and the waits are truly endless. You can wait up to two hours for your entree. At the cash register, the owner harasses those paying with American Express in a not-so-subtle manner, irritably taking his disappointment out on the customer. Very bad; real commerce is something else entirely.

15/10/2025: The waiter brought us a coffee with normal milk when we specified soya. We are both extremely lactose intolerant. When we asked for a new coffee and sent it back they refused to remove it from the bill and said it wasn’t their fault. Terrible service.

14/10/2025: No toilet seat or toilet paper in the ladies or gents toilets. No toilet seat unfortunately seems standard in most of restaurants in Puglia

11/10/2025: Very good restaurant in the old town of Bari. Prices are reasonable for Italy. Impeccable service from the girls. On the positive side, it is not mandatory to get a first and second course. You can only get the first. On the negative side, the portion of meat I ordered was very small. Overall, an honest restaurant.

21/10/2025: Found by chance, just a few minutes' drive from the center of Polignano. The veranda offers a spectacular view of the small beach and the Abbey of San Vito. Excellent lunch featuring the freshest seafood, all sourced locally. Quick, friendly, and efficient service. Very fair prices. Kudos to the entire staff.

15/10/2025: Great spot on a quiet beach. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced, fresh and full of flavor. Friendly service. Highly recommended if you want to escape the bustle of the towns but still enjoy a delicious meal by the sea!

09/09/2025: We went for lunch on both Wednesday and Sunday. On Wednesday, there was nothing to complain about; the appetizers and main courses were superb. I have a few complaints about Sunday, but I want to give a bonus because it was crowded and perhaps the organization wasn't perfect. I'll definitely go back, because the food was good and the dishes were well-prepared, hoping it was just a small Sunday lapse.

31/08/2025: We ate very well and a lot. Reasonable prices, and you can eat both inside and outside. There's parking outside. Service is fairly quick, and the waiters are helpful. The pizzas are also good, and my son ate the whole thing—that's quite an accomplishment.

10/10/2025: We ordered two seafood risottos, they smelled bad, we called the waitress and after pointing out the defect, they called the owner who, according to him, was the smell of the sea (but polluted), he suggested we change and so we ordered a spaghetti with garlic and oil, once they arrived we were satisfied that they were floating in butter, we moved on to the second courses, fried prawns and calamari, even worse, hard prawns and soft calamari, finally the bill arrived, we paid and left with our legs raised, a harmony of what in my opinion was disgusting

05/10/2025: I went with my family for lunch on Sunday and unfortunately we weren't at all satisfied. We didn't order the set menu, but rather the à la carte. We waited an hour for our first course. When we asked for the second course (grilled octopus and sliced ​​steak), we were told we'd have to wait another 40 minutes...excessive in my opinion. We were told that if we didn't want to wait too long, we should opt for the mixed fried fish. So we decided to leave, recommending they only order the set menu on Sundays and nothing else, because it's absurd to wait so long for two roasts. We paid a whopping €103 for three first courses, a bottle of water, and three sorbets. The waiter apologized and was kind, but the restaurant, whoever was in charge, wasn't even capable of apologizing or adjusting the price we paid given the poor service. I sincerely hope they manage to organize themselves better in the future, although I don't think I'll return. I'M RESPONDING TO THE OWNER. WE WERE NOT WARNED THAT WE WOULD HAVE A WAIT AN HOUR FOR OUR FIRST COURSE. ONLY WHEN WE REQUESTED A SECOND COURSE WERE WE TOLD THAT WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 40 MINUTES. THE MENU PUBLISHED ONLINE SAYS A FIRST COURSE IS 20 EUROS, BUT WE PAID 25. REGARDING THE RESERVATION, WE CALLED BEFORE ARRIVING AT YOUR RESTAURANT. GET INFORMED BEFORE YOU SAY NONSENSE AND CONTINUE WITH THE APOLOGIES. YOU'LL MAKE A BETTER IMPRESSION BY SIMPLY SAYING "SORRY!"

14/10/2025: We had dinner on Saturday evening, making a reservation for 8:45 PM (specifying a table inside) via the dedicated app. Unfortunately, despite this being our third dinner at this pizzeria, I can't give it more than 4 stars because, upon arrival, we waited until 9:20 PM for the table outside, in a gazebo covered with plastic sheets. It was freezing cold, and the stove was broken! The pizza and sandwich arrived at 10:22 PM. We nibbled a bit and left because we were two popsicles! No complaints about the quality of the pizza—excellent ingredients and a very light and tasty dough—but the wait, and especially the cold, ruined the evening! We didn't get to enjoy our dinner; in fact, we ate half a portion and took the rest away in a takeout box! Unfortunately, you can't sit in the cold for over an hour. I hope next time, if there is one, they'll pay more attention to their customers!

12/10/2025: While on vacation in Puglia near Gioia del Colle, we found this pizzeria truly interesting. Numerous pizzas with a choice of dough, high-quality ingredients, starting with mozzarella or burrata, sourced directly from local dairies. Simple but attentive service. We enjoyed the platter filled with local specialties and pizzas. Very good value for money. I highly recommend it, especially for the wood-fired oven.

08/10/2025: Neither good nor bad... A nice place but without a clear identity. The food is good but "flat," lacking any burst of flavor, like a tourist menu. The service, I must say, was professional, kind, and impeccable.

05/10/2025: Three for the service, thanks to the kindness of the gentleman at the register and the table service, and one for the food, because the gluten-free pizza was rolled out and cooked terribly. We went there remembering the good experiences we've had at other locations in Ancona, Milan, and Turin for the gluten-free pizza. Even though they use the same dough, they manage to make it exactly as pictured, and once we pointed this out, the pizza chef was even offended. The pizza was rolled out without a crust, the center was thick, the edge was burnt, and it was undercooked. The ambiance (three flaws) is typical of the chain, but nothing special. Parking is difficult to fix; the underground parking lot is owned by the condominium.
