Excellent pizzeria with a Giro d'Italia theme, various types of dough

10 out of 10 would recommend worth a drive from Bari just to come here. Day 1 Had the Mountain Biker and the Al Bacio finished by the tiramisu. Special shout out, goes up to the quality of the napkins and placemats. A step above and if you’re familiar with Italian napkins, you know they’re generally thin and papery. These are dope. Day 2 Starter Puppi a fluffy pizza dough, fried and salted with a curry sauce and Asian zing sauce. If you’re from the US and you like fair food this is perfect. Fat, salt, sweet and savory mix with a range of doughy and crispy textures. 8/10 would recommend. The Grand Fondo: local sausage, tomatoes in season and potato fries. It’s a party and your taste buds are invited! I love the fact that they chose cherry tomatoes, which are in season right now versus many commercial restaurants. That’ll just use whatever is available off the truck. 4 Effe “Quattro Effe” my wife liked it. If you do not love blue cheese, have them hold it.
