14/04/2025: Invited for an 18th birthday, we discovered this place surrounded by greenery. Breathtaking location, polite and knowledgeable staff, excellent quality food and typical Apulian DOC products. I highly recommend

25/12/2024: Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per il pranzo di Natale in famiglia, eravamo in 15 ma avevamo prenotato per 18 persone. La mattina stessa, con largo anticipo, abbiamo avvisato che tre persone non sarebbero potute venire. Nonostante ciò, ci hanno comunque addebitato il costo per tutti i 18 coperti, senza alcuna flessibilità o comprensione. Il cibo era ottimo, e la qualità dei piatti non si discute, ma questa rigida politica ha rovinato l’atmosfera di quello che avrebbe dovuto essere un momento speciale. Pagare 65€ a testa anche per chi non c’era è stato davvero ingiusto, soprattutto considerando che avevamo comunicato per tempo l’assenza. Un peccato, perché la cucina merita, ma il modo in cui è stata gestita questa situazione ci ha lasciati profondamente delusi. Non credo che torneremo, né consiglieremo questo ristorante per eventi così importanti.

19/03/2025: "On Saturday evening I was in this pizzeria in Mancaversa and I ate very well! I had the Grezza pizza. The dough was perfect, the seasoning balanced and the mozzarella stringy. The craft beer on tap was light and thirst-quenching, just the way I like it. The place is warm and welcoming. The service was fast and attentive. I will definitely be back!

04/02/2025: Our BUBBA is back, the renovated environment is much more welcoming than before, the pizza is always good and the staff are very kind. We need to improve on the meat but as usual, a good experience

Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare tavolo o di aggiungere un secondo tavolo al nostro (visto che ce n’erano di liberi) ma ci è stato risposto di no. Abbiamo segnalato che accanto a noi c’era una famiglia di 4 persone su un tavolo grande, ma non è servito a nulla. La pizza era effettivamente buona, ma il servizio no!
