09/11/2025: I loved it! I had the fettuccine with purple shrimp: truly delicious, you can taste the local, high-quality ingredients. The homemade desserts are marvelous: I tried a fantastic hazelnut semifreddo, with a meringue base reminiscent of spumone, the local dessert. The staff were kind and patient. Highly recommended!

30/10/2025: Outstanding local specialties in a spacious, appealing, modern setting, all at a reasonable price for fine dining. Gracious host and varied but not overwhelming menu. Opportunity for those with an appetite (2 or more) to choose between land and sea tasting menus comprised of smaller portions of the four land or sea based entrees on the menu. An opportunity to sample the entire repertoire, essentially. Also good for large groups.

14/04/2026: For at least 40 years, this restaurant and pizzeria has been a landmark not only for the small town in which it's located but also for many surrounding towns. Traditional Apulian appetizers, carefully prepared homemade pickles and pickles, earthenware terrines filled with all sorts of delicacies cooked in the open-fire oven, outstanding pizza and "schattata," baked orecchiette in earthenware that alone are worth the visit, along with the variety of beers. It's certainly worth the trip a few kilometers: the inconvenience is well worth it.

Entering is a bit like stepping back in time. Here, everything has remained as it was: from the tables to the benches, unchanged since its founding, contributing to a simple, informal, and deeply convivial atmosphere. And it is precisely this consistency, this loyalty to its identity, that has allowed it to resist trends without ever losing its charm. The cuisine follows the same philosophy: few frills and plenty of substance. The dishes showcase the region with authentic, bold flavors that leave their mark. The pizza, with its thick dough and lack of the modern honeycomb crust, is reminiscent of homemade pizza: a choice that may not appeal to everyone, but it remains digestible and consistent with the restaurant's style. The real advice is to let yourself be guided by the first courses and, above all, the tripe chop, the true highlight and most refined item on the menu. The bill is more than fair, allowing you to leave feeling full and satisfied. P.S. There's no phone signal in the depths of the restaurant... but, come to think of it, that's perhaps the detail that completes the experience: here you truly dine in peace 😂

It's a rustic structure made of **natural stone** that immediately conveys a sense of warmth and history. Dining or lunch surrounded by these walls creates an intimate and timeless atmosphere. * **The Cuisine:** The food is decidedly good. The flavors are bold and authentic, typical of the Murgia: local ingredients, traditional dishes cooked with care, and generous portions. You can taste the quality of the locally sourced ingredients. * **The Service:** A special mention goes to the staff. They were extremely kind and welcoming, making you feel at home with friends, without compromising on professionalism.

13/04/2026: I had pretty high expectations when I went to Tennent's Grill with a friend. We had a burger with cheese and bacon, and honestly, for around €19, I was expecting something truly special. The sandwich was good, the meat and bacon well-made, but it didn't give me that "wow" feeling that justifies such a price. Let's just say I found it comparable to burgers I've had elsewhere at lower prices. One thing that made me turn up my nose a little was that, at that price, fries weren't included: these days, in many places, when you pay for a burger in that range, they're included, so that's something I noticed. The place is nice and comfortable, but overall, my expectations were a bit disappointed, especially given the value for money. A very positive note, however, goes to the staff: they were really kind, helpful, and always smiling: this definitely raises my rating. Wait times were also normal, so the service overall was good.

02/03/2026: What can I say? I went there yesterday with a group of family members (apparently it was the reopening day)... it was a real pain. The only thing I can say is that the fish is fresh, but the service and preparation aren't up to par. The first courses are overcooked and the second courses are lousy. The location is very nice, but it's not enough to warrant a high rating. Try again.

05/02/2026: If you want to enjoy fresh, well-prepared seafood in a pleasant seaside setting, Playa del Sol is the place to try. We've been returning for years whenever possible, preferably avoiding weekends because it's always packed! On the coastal road between Giovinazzo and Molfetta, two beautiful villages worth visiting in the province of Bari.

02/03/2026: I discovered Osteria del Seminario by chance, and it was truly a pleasant surprise. The setting is welcoming and refined, with a relaxing and never-overly-loud atmosphere, thanks in part to the clever decision to limit seating. This allows for a quieter dinner experience and ensures more attentive service. The ingredients are incredibly fresh. The raw seafood was simply exquisite, as was the trio of cooked fish. The first courses were also excellent, prepared with balance and flavor. The quality is evident in every course, thanks in part to a varied menu without overwhelming the selection: a choice that clearly emphasizes freshness and meticulous attention to detail. The service was quite prompt, and the waiters were very friendly and professional. The value for money was also excellent: we spent €40 each for two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, two glasses of wine, and a complimentary house liqueur. A restaurant I highly recommend and will gladly return to!

06/04/2026: Yesterday we celebrated my nephew's baptism. The staff was very kind and helpful, and made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, and we never lacked for anything. Beautiful location.

15/02/2026: Lunch at Pashà, a tastefully renovated farmhouse, an art gallery in the Apulian countryside. Not only is the lunch worth the trip, but also what you'll see inside: paintings, sculptures, and works of art that blend perfectly with the setting. The weather wasn't kind, but the interior makes you forget the rain, and this place is magical in the summer. The cuisine on the menu showcases the local cuisine with an eye for innovation, but I was lucky enough to try a customized menu that took me back to the legendary '80s in one dish. A very knowledgeable sommelier brought us a perfect Austrian white wine for lunch. Without going into too much detail about the dish, because you have to try it. Raw sea urchin with cauliflower Baby cuttlefish with beetroot Grilled artichoke with artichoke and eel cream Tonnarelli with salmon and vodka, including a shot for the brave Pre-dessert: Absolute Orange Dessert with homemade ice cream and chocolate jelly Everything was truly interesting and delicious. Don't miss this restaurant, it's worth the trip for the food and atmosphere.

23/03/2026: Dinner last Saturday with friends. I was a little worried because I had recommended this restaurant, but instead I was inundated with compliments for the excellent choice. We chose a Margherita pizza as an appetizer (light, very digestible, superb, so good that some of us wanted more pizza at the end), followed by two specials of the day (a risotto and my farro tagliatelle with purple shrimp, truffle, and lime... DELICIOUS), pezzetti al pomodoro, a tagliata, and two more tagliatelle. We had bought the Cupeta (since it was a holiday in Giurdignano), and the hostess let us enjoy it at the table, very kindly. Of course, my friends ordered grappa. Excellent value for money. Quick service, friendly and helpful dining room staff. In short, I highly recommend it. Mrs. Morelli from Maglie.

18/03/2026: We went to Osteria degli Amici in Giurdignano. The atmosphere is simple, welcoming, and authentic, just as you'd expect from a true local osteria. We tried the cavatelli with beans and mussels: a truly exceptional dish, rich in flavor, well-balanced, and above all, filling. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. The fava beans and chicory were also excellent, prepared to perfection, in full respect of tradition. We also had a pizza, which was very good, well-cooked, and tasty. The service was friendly and helpful, making us feel immediately at ease. Overall, a very positive experience: excellent food, generous portions, and a family atmosphere. Exceptional price. Definitely a place to return to and one I recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and savor local cuisine.

15/04/2026: I booked a dinner for seven for my birthday, specifying that I was especially interested in their fantastic pasta with scorpion fish. Result: 5 STARS WITH HIGH GRADE. The delicious and fresh appetizers (salmon, octopus, baby octopus, dogfish, gratinated mussels, marinated anchovies, bruschetta with shrimp) were all gone in the blink of an eye. Next came a pasta dish with scorpion fish that would be worthy of a frame. Then, just to keep with tradition, a fragrant mixed fried fish dish, not at all greasy and incredibly fresh. Sorbet, Tramari rosé wine, coffee, and amaro. All served with kindness, professionalism, and precision. Thank you all for making our evening a truly enjoyable one. 5 STARS WITH HIGH GRADE.
