I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Puglia

01/05/2025: Torno abitualmente in questo ristorante ed ogni volta provo la stessa gioia dei bimbi di fronte a propri giocattoli preferiti. Antipasto misto di mare di quattro portate tra cui spicca il sartasciniello ( tipico piatto dei 5 reali siti) rivisitato con polipo. Il troccolo allo scoglio da menzione d'onore. Neanche stavolta lo spazio per la loro mitologica frittura. Però per onorare la festa buonissimo semifreddo amarena. Un rosato IgT per brindare al lavoro di tutti e in particolare di Franco, Gabriella e il loro staff. Antipasti, primi, dolci e vino 40 euro a testa: ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Non lasciatevi ingannare dalla location semplice: il pranzo vale il viaggio ( io faccio 30 km). Temo che perché la sera è una pizzeria sia sottovalutato come ristorante, invece...

29/04/2025: Location non proprio esaltante ma cucina (pizza e primi piatti) indubbiamente di qualità. Peccato di essere capitati in una serata "no" (voglio sperare...) perchè il servizio è stato molto al di sotto degli standard per l'attesa lunghissima a cui siamo stati costretti. Il proprietario però si è fatto perdonare con uno sconto finale e - soprattutto - con un primo piatto di cucina locale (a me destinato) davvero delizioso. I costi? Correttissimi.

05/07/2025: Good ice cream, stracciatella and new flavor. Good quality. When there are a lot of people I recommend putting the numbering ticket outside, there are people who "unintentionally" go ahead. Girl at the ice cream counter good at making cones. Rating 4.2 All the staff are courteous. Guys it doesn't take much to improve. 🤞🏽

08/06/2025: Wood-fired pizza place in a great location. Friendly and nice staff. Unfortunately the pizza overall is just okay.

01/05/2025: Spectacular "Roman" style pizza. Low, crunchy and well seasoned. Quick, friendly service. The owner, Vito, an artist of pizza and good food.

19/06/2025: We were there a few days ago, the atmosphere a little too soft for me, the staff is kind and welcoming. We tried 5 types of panzerottini (excellent), a spaghetti all'assassina (good) and a couple of beers. The bill a little expensive (it's true that quality has to be paid for).

13/06/2025: Menu only in QR code version, I didn't have my phone with me to look at it. When my husband scanned it, there were no prices on the website. The staff didn't show any interest in us, apart from pointing at the table. We sat for five minutes wondering how to see the prices. Edit: I wish the staff who respond to messages that they themselves were served in the same way they respond to people. Especially if they think that a couple can't have a similar opinion and copy their answers.

12/06/2025: To fully enjoy the good food of Bari you can't miss this trattoria. The family character certainly gives it that extra touch compared to the others, the staff is courteous and attentive to every need. You absolutely have to try their signature dish: spaghetti all'assassina!

21/06/2025: Great find in the Apulian hinterland. Beautiful location with HUGE pool with overnight stay option. We were at a wedding just yesterday and it was great to be able to go from one room to another. Excellent high quality and ABUNDANT food. ABSOLUTELY recommended for "big" occasions.

16/06/2025: Stunning setting for a very sweet event. It added emotion to emotion. Extraordinary staff, very prepared and super available. I don't know the names of all of them, which I would mention one by one, but for all the superb Mrs. Pina and the very prepared and nice Mr. Gregorio.

04/07/2025: Having lunch with a view of the port of Brindisi is something unique. The menu offers a wide choice of seafood, I recommend the seafood and meat appetizers and many first and second courses. Quality - price is really super!

23/06/2025: On a Monday we ended up at this gem for lunch. We were warmly welcomed. We were given a quiet and cool spot inside where our dog could also lie down. It's so special that we can also have lunch here without any problems with a large dog (he's a quiet sweetheart but it's still very nice that it's never a problem). Antipasti for 2 people. Crazy tasty. Refined. Freshly made (we could look into the beautiful professional open kitchen) and all dishes were sublime. Then we shared a pasta (which was a good idea because the antipasti is quite a lot) and enjoyed the dolci. I can only say 💯 💯 💯 about the wine list. We chose a mezzarossa from Morella. A delicious local rosé. Come and enjoy this beautiful place and eat your belly full. We were too busy eating to take pictures 😜

28/12/2024: Certezza sulla professionalità, cortesia ; in primis qualità dei prodotti elaborati con un equilibrio sensoriale dallo chef Ivano Scarlato . Certezza di fare bella figura se si hanno ospiti . Personalmente ho sempre scelto menù pesce ; ottima carta dei vini ed acqua minerale servita in bottiglie di vetro sigillate . Il personale di servizio è cordiale . Il locale risponde ottimamente ai requisiti di igiene . Il prezzo è adeguato alla qualità.
