19/08/2025: Service was good, staff were helpful and friendly. The ingredients and menu selection were poor, with few vegetarian or vegan options. Furthermore, the pizza ingredients were somewhat tasteless and poorly prepared (for example, overcooked, almost burnt fried eggplant, and flavorless cherry tomatoes). I also didn't appreciate the price increase they charged us for substituting a cured meat for bresoala. It's known to cost more, but it would have been better to specify this, as it would have increased the price of the pizza.

Simply exceptional: light and digestible dough, perfectly cooked, and super fresh ingredients. 🍕😍 The dessert also deserves a special mention, a delicious tartlet 😋 The staff is kind, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. 01/08/2025: Een delicatessenwinkel met high-end culinaire producten én een inpandig restaurant met qualche posto all’esterno net buiten Grottaglie centrum. Wij kunnen eigenlijk enkel in superlatieven denken en beoordelen. De seating buiten: mooi gedekte tafels met die extra’s… de tafelverlichting, de glazen… de kleine details die het verschil wél maken ook al zijn ze enkel tastbaar. De service: zonder meer correct. De wijnkaart: verrassend uitgebreid met vele succelente keuzes ! Een excellente Chardonnay gedronken. Last but not least… il cibo: men verwijst vaak naar ‘parels’… ik gebruik hier liever ‘diamant’… geen ruwe, maar een perfect geslepen exemplaar dat is ontstaan in de keuken van de chef. Wonderbaarlijke plats… de diepgang in de smaken, de kwaliteit, de originaliteit. Alles was aanwezig. De BESTE BESTE BESTE tartara di scampo gegeten ooit ! Geen tourist trap, maar de ‘real thing’. 16/08/2025: Given the setting, located on a mountain with small, very cute terraced houses. However, there are no shuttles to get around the property, even just for breakfast (more than 1 km of very steep descent). Even though I had an SUV, the car struggled to get up. There is no entertainment, so if you want some exercise you have to leave the property, obviously by car. Because there is always no shuttle service for getting around. The price is exorbitant for what it offers (plus €10 per day for small dogs without even finding a water bowl, for example). They allow dogs, but not on the beach. It's a shame we found out after paying, otherwise we would never have gone. The positive note at least is the polite and professional service staff. For the customer, zero service. I will never recommend it to anyone. That part of Gargano is well-sold but always with zero services and it's not as nice as they say.

The details decorating the tables, the vines, everything makes it a special and welcoming place. The food was delicious: we ordered pesto pasta and salmon pasta, delicious! Everything was fresh and flavorful. A perfect lunch 💛

26/08/2025: We ate here twice and loved it. I really liked the special, it was a mushroom ravioli with cheese, tomato and dried peppers. The outdoor seating is quiet and the hanging lights and flowers contribute to a wonderful dinning experience.

25/08/2025: We went here for dinner in early August. It's an unexpected place, run by young people, and the location allows you to appreciate the center of Altamura. The food is good, with traditional Apulian dishes of good quality. The price is in line with what's on offer. If we ever pass through Altamura again, it's worth returning!
