16/06/2025: The panzerotto is not really bad.. it’s a little bit soggy and not really clear how should be! The big problem was the stuff, really bad experience! They are arrogant and they don’t know what is hospitality service for the way they talk with the people. I really don’t know how is possible in the 2025 they don’t talk English and make problem for small payments with card!

09/06/2025: Best vacation ever, the amazing trulli felt like a farytail. The people there are an amazing family and they made us feel apart of that family. The food was extraordinary. Superb experience.

18/05/2025: We felt very at home at this lovely farm and with Patricia and her family. The accommodation, a renovated traditional Trulli -house, was super nice and we had everything we needed. Especially having a kitchen was perfect for traveling with a baby. The dinner at the farm was very delicious. Also, we enjoyed the animals that live on the farm. Even a donkey lives there. Our 7-month-old baby liked the three very friendly dogs. I enjoyed swimming in the pool that is in a quiet area of the farm. The nature around the farm also is just beautiful (e.g. it is very nice to walk along the Aquedotto) and there are beautiful small towns near by, also some to see more traditional Trulli-houses, e.g. Alberobello. We can absolutely recommend this place to anyone! Thanks again for everything - we hope to be back one day :) Otis + family

24/06/2025: We had dinner during our stay in Castro. Very nice place, with a characteristic outdoor garden. The food was excellent, the staff was kind and the evening was very pleasant.

07/06/2025: This restaurant seems to thrive mainly on its reputation and local family meals or celebrations. The setting is pleasant and flowery, but that's about it. Our four linguine with sea bass and peppers were bland, barely drained, and the garnish (decent sea bass, small peppers—well, mostly their skins—) was almost cold... Only the white wine was good. Poor value for money.

23/06/2025: Crunchy and tasty pizza, really delicious homemade lasagna. At Matarò in Torre Lapillo quality and authentic flavors in a welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely to try!

I don't want the staff starring at me the whole time while I eat, and lastly about the service they don't even bring you the food or the drinks, you have to get them yourself, this is actually so bad. 27/04/2025: we arrived for lunch at almost 2pm and without booking, they let us sit and we had an excellent lunch. Raw fish, dumplings with yellow datterino tomatoes and mint are truly exceptional. Very pleasant background music, we had a good time. Price €40 per person

27/04/2025: siamo arrivati per pranzo quasi alle 14 e senza prenotare, ci hanno fatto accomodare ed abbiamo consumato un ottimo pranzo. Pesce crudo, gnocchetti al datterino giallo e mentuccia proprio eccezzionali. Musica da sottofondo molto gradevole, siamo stati bene. Prezzo 40€ a persona

27/05/2025: By now a guarantee, our trusted place to eat excellent meat! The tartare is something exceptional, as are the bombette with salami and philadelphia and the Angus strips... our fixed dishes that cannot be missed. In addition, the last time we also tasted some Simmental bites cooked at low temperature with a particular beer, really delicious; and also the Wagyu that melted in the mouth. To finish in style, they make delicious desserts such as the tile, the tiramisu or the cheesecake... what can I say, even though I am full at the end of the dinner I cannot give up their desserts. They also offered us some really good biscuits (cantucci). Kind, helpful and thoughtful staff I absolutely recommend :)

23/05/2025: This is the best bar I’ve been in for many years. Luigi is a fantastic host and along with his father he has created a welcoming and atmospheric experience. Great playlists, enormous wine selection and fresh tasty food. Went in everyday on a long weekend trip and I can’t wait to return.
