01/09/2025: Terra Nostra restaurant is conveniently located on the road leading to the center of Otranto. The atmosphere is informal. Regarding the food, the quality is good. The dishes are well-prepared, with fresh ingredients that make for a pleasant dining experience. The cuisine is honest and never disappoints, even if it doesn't reach the pinnacle of excellence. In my opinion, the quality-price ratio is a bit unbalanced, especially regarding the price! This doesn't affect my rating: when paying, I asked the owner to round up to the nearest 0.60 cents a total of more than €100. The owner said NO. Not very friendly...

05/09/2025: I've always liked the pizza at Simple, but the last time I had it, the crust was a little too crispy. The toppings, however, were excellent, as always. The burgers looked delicious. The waiters are very professional and friendly, but the wait is way too long. We arrived 45 minutes late for our reservation and finished dinner after two hours. Also, the place has a lot of seating, so the atmosphere is a bit noisy, but it's nice.

31/08/2025: Aside from the initial chaos - it was Saturday and the place was still packed at 10:15 pm - I can say that for the quality of the ingredients, the speed of service, and the prices, I can only recommend this pub... and add to that the friendliness of the waiter, MICHELE, and the mix is ​​perfect.

28/08/2025: The pizza dough is exceptional. It's hard to describe how delicious these pizzas are; the best thing to do is go and eat them. The wait staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the interior is very charming and well-kept, and outside you can enjoy your pizza in peace under a wooden veranda overlooking a playground. Those with children can enjoy their pizza while watching their children play in complete tranquility.

The typical Bari dish served here is simply fabulous: crispy, flavorful, and with that authentic taste that instantly brings you back to tradition. The portions are always generous, the prices are very fair, and the atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. The only downside is that you have to download the app to view the menu, but otherwise, it remains a must-try for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Bari cuisine.

26/07/2025: First and last time. It took us 20 minutes to be seated, even though we had a reservation, and 30 minutes to be acknowledged and able to order. No one pays attention, dishes are thrown on the table without any attention. Service is absent and completely unprofessional. It's a shame because the food is good.

You can clearly sense that they love their work and that they care about making every customer feel special. A special round of applause goes to the owners, a husband and wife team who are extraordinary people who put their heart into everything they do. They personally came to our table to greet us, enthusiastically sharing the history of their products and the philosophy of the restaurant. It's rare to find such dedication to their customers: they truly made us feel at home. And then... the meat! Simply amazing. The carpaccio was one of the best I've ever tasted: tender, flavorful, and melting in your mouth. A true delight. But the real surprise was the cured meats, of superior quality, winners of numerous awards—and it's easy to see why! In short: a place where the food excels and hospitality reigns supreme. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, tasty, and meticulously crafted experience. And last but not least, the location is central, making it a great place for a stroll. Kudos to all the staff! 👏
