I booked a dinner for seven for my birthday, specifying that I was especially interested in their fantastic pasta with scorpion fish. Result: 5 STARS WITH HIGH GRADE. The delicious and fresh appetizers (salmon, octopus, baby octopus, dogfish, gratinated mussels, marinated anchovies, bruschetta with shrimp) were all gone in the blink of an eye. Next came a pasta dish with scorpion fish that would be worthy of a frame. Then, just to keep with tradition, a fragrant mixed fried fish dish, not at all greasy and incredibly fresh. Sorbet, Tramari rosé wine, coffee, and amaro. All served with kindness, professionalism, and precision. Thank you all for making our evening a truly enjoyable one. 5 STARS WITH HIGH GRADE.

A truly positive experience, even on my own. I started with a raw seafood platter (scampi, shrimp, and miniature oysters) of excellent quality: incredibly fresh, carefully prepared, and truly pleasing to the eye. The "house tasting" appetizer was also excellent, with a carefully crafted hot and cold combination, all very tasty. Truly surprising! The first course was delicious and well-executed. Special praise for the service: Aldo was impeccable, attentive, professional, and never intrusive—a quality that's even more appreciated when you're alone, because he makes you feel at ease without being forced. One small note: the atmosphere was quite noisy, to the point of being a bit tiring. I would recommend installing sound-absorbing panels to make the experience even more enjoyable. A restaurant I definitely recommend, especially for those who love quality seafood.

I have a bad habit that I read the lowest Google reviews before I go to a restaurant. Let me tell you something, you have to ignore that when you come to Taranto. Forget about restaurants that are rated higher, this place is the best! We had three courses and each one was better than the last. The mussels with bread crumbs and cheese for an appetizer was unbelievable, then the linguini with sea urchin was a marvelous find, and we finished with fried calamari and shrimp which was seasoned so perfectly it was divine. And we let Giuseppe, our waiter, choose the white wine for us, which was absolutely delicious. This place is a true winner, try it!

I had the pleasure of dining at this seafood restaurant, and the experience was simply excellent. From the first moment, you can sense the attention to detail: the refined yet welcoming ambience, the relaxing atmosphere, and the extremely professional and friendly staff. The real star is, of course, the fish, incredibly fresh and of the highest quality. Each dish is expertly crafted, both in presentation and flavor. A high-end gastronomic experience that I highly recommend to anyone who loves good seafood and wants to indulge in a special experience. I'll definitely be back!

I watched Borghese's show and appreciated Mrs. Palma's seriousness and sincerity. When the new restaurant opens, I'll definitely be among the first to book. I'm very disappointed with the other restaurateurs participating in the show. And especially with one.
