I've had the opportunity to try both the panzerotti shop and the restaurant, and each time the experience has been exceptional. The panzerotti are simply spectacular: perfectly cooked, with very little oil and a generous filling that allows you to fully savor them. The variety is incredible, with always well-chosen ingredients and surprising combinations, making every bite a true delight. The restaurant, which I've tried for both lunch and dinner, never disappoints. From appetizers to desserts, every course is carefully prepared, flavorful, and capable of surprising you with its quality and authenticity. The staff and the owner are friendly, kind, and always available, ready to offer advice and make the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is very well laid out: the main section is located on a small balcony overlooking the splendid view of Mattinata, with the sea visible in the distance, making summer dinners unforgettable. There's also a small indoor dining room, perfect for those seeking a more intimate atmosphere, and the overall design is tastefully crafted, simple yet elegant, enhancing the experience without being invasive. In short, Gli Artigiani del Gusto is one of those places that stays in your heart: quality, authentic flavors, a unique view, and a family-like welcome that always makes you feel at home. 16/09/2025: Zero help from airport staff. They don't care about anyone. If you want to get out, you wait 30 minutes for someone to respond. After 30 minutes, they refer you to another person and laugh. I spoke Italian, English, and Polish. I have the impression they don't understand any of these languages. I don't know, maybe they're from Senegal, because there are quite a few of them here in Bari. It's truly awful. Be prepared that if your flight is delayed, you'll still have to wait an hour to get out. I don't recommend this airport. The location was perfect for good food, excellent service, attention to detail, and fantastic entertainment during dinner, including a singer and a show. 15/07/2026: I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this restaurant and, honestly, I cannot recommend it. I ordered pasta and it came burnt to the point where it was almost impossible to eat. The taste was very bad and the preparation seemed to be made without any attention or respect for the customer. Unfortunately, the problem was not only the food. The attitude of the staff was disappointing, and instead of trying to resolve the situation by offering the option of giving me another (edible this time) dish, I had the impression that my complaint was treated with indifference. As a customer, I felt ignored and disrespected. I go to restaurants to enjoy a good meal and decent service, not to receive burnt food and leave frustrated. For the prices charged, I expected a completely different level of quality and professionalism. When the staff came to take our order, me and 2 other girls ordered 3 different types of pasta (or at least that's what I wanted) but they told us that they don't make different pastas and at least 2 have to be the same type, I find it incredible to be told something like that, I've never encountered it before and I don't want to encounter it again, we are different people with different tastes, you can't force me to eat what someone else wants just because it's easier or more convenient for you. If two customers order different dishes, it's normal for them to receive exactly what they asked for, not to be told that they have to eat the same thing.” I want to add that the pasta could not be rolled as normally it was so burnt that we have no way to roll it. The staff came to our table asking if everything was okay seeing that we were not eating it and I said no and that it was very burnt, he replied arrogantly saying that if we search on the internet they are all like that and I said that I have eaten elsewhere and it was not like that to which he replied,,that is how they are,, In addition to this a man who had sat near our table and ordered the same type of pasta but as you can see he rolled it easily on his fork. This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a restaurant. I hope the management will take customer feedback seriously and improve both the quality of the food and the behavior of the staff. I, personally, will not return and will not recommend it to friends or family.

31/10/2025: Top notch place! As a local from Brindisi that travels all over the world, this place goes above and beyond. Beside the great food, the server that helped us was awesome, great customer service! The guys welcomed us when we got in and explained how it works, great meats and food. If you like trippa get the one in the red sauce, it’s done very well (a lot of places don’t know how to prepare trippa, they do). Traditional local food, great customer service and nice ambiance, you can see the passion in their business.

18/10/2025: What can I say? Highly recommended. Delicious meat, fast service, and impeccable. Spectacular platter, it costs 18 euros but it's worth it. Beautiful location. The bill is a little high, but you know, quality comes at a price. My only suggestion: a little house wine in bulk at a reasonable price. Recommended

25/08/2025: I accidentally stumbled upon it one Sunday in August at lunchtime, and found myself in a dark place with a young man at the cash register serving focaccia worth its weight in gold and of questionable quality. I would have preferred to wait in line for half an hour at other bakeries than eat a focaccia that was barely manageable.

01/05/2026: I've had the pleasure of visiting this bakery several times, and I can confirm that both the sweet and savory options have been simply excellent! I especially enjoyed the pane puccia, the panzerotti (though obviously lukewarm, they were still very good), and the pan goccioli. The staff is friendly and knows how to handle even chaotic situations. I can't recommend it enough. :)
