07/02/2025: It was truly a fantastic experience! My partner and I had some needs and they were all respected. Even though it was a Saturday evening and the room was almost full, the service was fast and attentive. A particular applause goes to the pizza itself which is delicious, well cooked and super light! We will definitely be back!

03/09/2025: A mid-range hotel, about 1.5 km from the Bagnoli train station. In the summer, trains from Naples no longer stop in Bagnoli after about 10:30 PM, so unless you plan to return home early from the evening, the hotel's location becomes impractical. The rooms are very spacious, and the furnishings are a unique blend of antique and modern. The bathroom is also large, but there are some details that could be improved. The bidet is small and shallow, making it a bit uncomfortable. A toilet brush was missing. The air conditioning is centralized, but it's not very efficient; to get a decent temperature, you have to set it to 19°C, and it takes a long time to cool down. Furthermore, the ventilation is quite noisy. Breakfast is served in a room on the ground floor, which is a shame, considering the building has a splendid terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples. Breakfast isn't very varied, and the service is sometimes inattentive; One morning, I received a cappuccino partially spilled on the saucer. The yogurt was low-fat, and there were few salty foods.

18/08/2025: While sorting through the photos to write the review, I noticed that on the menu photo there's an asterisk over the €2 cover charge, which says "PAY FOR DINNER ONLY," meaning it's not for lunch. Because if that's the case, or rather, if it's what they wrote on the menu, I can't find the €35.50 bill I paid for lunch with my family. 3 people 1 Margherita €5 1 Puccia Caprese €6 1 Sandwich #1 €8 2 Coca-Cola Zeros 1 large water I can't understand why I paid €35.50. Unfortunately, I only noticed it now at home, and we just happened to pass by this pizzeria, which I discovered on Google, precisely because it's also open for lunch. The food wasn't bad. The pizza dough was very good, as was the cooking of the burger. It's a shame I found the bill confusing afterward.

25/07/2025: In the Lucera countryside, with little indication and a few dirt roads, we arrived in the unkempt garden of a beautiful villa. The rooms were consistent with the photos on various websites: small, very beautiful, with attention to detail, including quality linens and original, new, and very beautiful architecture. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The TVs were large and the seats comfortable. The only flaw was the dim lights, but the details were still there. The problem is the organization, which absolutely needs to be improved. Little information, the breakfast was truly miserable, served in the room with sealed supermarket products of unknown brands, so it was unclear whether they were suitable for cholera sufferers. Breakfast was therefore self-service in the room, but you have to be able to use the cappuccino or coffee machine, and worse, do it at the desk!!!! The Wi-Fi password was never obtained or written down anywhere... the staff handed us the room keys and disappeared. The much-vaunted restaurant has amazing potential because it has a beautiful view, but the menu is a disaster, despite the efforts of the very kind waitress/cook/jack of all trades... not even fruit for an excessive price! I'll specify an appetizer, two pre-cooked cutlets, and two main courses with a bottle of water and a bottle of wine, a dessert. The bill was €107... in the morning, a mistake by the waitress forced me to wake up. Too bad... very nice and comfortable rooms, but the organization absolutely needs to be revised, from the welcome to the management.

20/07/2025: Impeccable place, immersed in total relaxation. The room was super clean, the smell of cleanliness wafting through as soon as you enter. A generous breakfast was served on the terrace with a wonderful view. We'll definitely be back.

24/07/2025: Sono stata con la mia famiglia e degli amici a pranzo in questa Masseria il giorno di Capodanno. Generalmente è un giorno complicato, un po’ per tutti, soprattutto a livello di servizio. Ma lo staff di Masseria Scagnito ha invece confermato una grande professionalità e cortesia. Servizio rapido, efficiente e cortese, a corollario di una cucina davvero ben fatta. A completare l’esperienza, conto onesto rapportato alla qualità del cibo e location meravigliosa

24/07/2025: Sono tornato alla Masseria Scagnito per la seconda volta in un mese e, ancora una volta, si è confermata un posto magico. Un angolo di autentica bellezza dove ogni dettaglio è curato con passione. Il menù si distingue per la qualità delle materie prime e la bontà dei piatti, una cucina che sa esaltare i sapori veri della tradizione senza mai essere banale. Un plauso speciale va ai ragazzi in sala: gentili, attenti e competenti, riescono a farti sentire sempre accolto con professionalità e calore. E poi c’è Chiara, la vera anima della Masseria, il suo sorriso coinvolgente e la sua innata capacità di far sentire ogni ospite a casa rendono l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Un luogo in cui tornare e ritornare, ogni volta con la certezza di vivere momenti autentici e indimenticabili.

09/07/2025: I couldn't wait for it to reopen. The wait time for the right pizzas was long, the staff were friendly, and I found them to be very helpful. The prices seemed fair.

01/06/2025: We had dinner and tasted an excellent pizza with a really light dough and the typical aroma of a wood-fired oven: the choice fell on the pizza that bears the name of the restaurant, stuffed with fior di latte, cherry tomatoes, Norcia sausage and chopped pistachios. The cooking was impeccable, especially under the pizza and pleasant speckles on the surface. The flavor of the Norcia sausage was unique. The choice of dessert fell on a chocolate cake with a soft center, a sweet and balanced flavor that was not cloying to the palate, served with a decoration that was pleasant to the eye. The total cost of the dinner for 3 pizzas, 2 drinks, 2 desserts and the service charge is perfectly in line with the quality of the food, as well as the speed of the service. A place to definitely return to.

05/09/2025: I'm giving one star because zero isn't an option. The food is good, of good quality, but unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired. It was completely confusing because all the dishes arrived at once, and we ate the appetizer with the meat, otherwise it would have been cold. GOOD FOOD, BUT THE ORGANIZATION NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

02/09/2025: We stopped on our way back from Peschici to Vieste. A more unfortunate choice could not have been made. We arrived fairly early to an empty restaurant. I went to the bathroom, and when service started, the women's room was in terrible condition, full of 💩, so much so that I had to go to the men's room. Returning to the table, I noticed that the waitress setting our table dropped the bags with the silverware. She, in defiance of hygiene regulations, put them back in the bag and set them on the table for us (obviously, we took the ones from the next table). We went to the counter to choose the meat to be cooked on the spot. The meat was handled without any information whatsoever, including price, origin, etc., by the man without gloves. We moved on to the cooking. Here, the man in charge wore gloves, but we touched everything. We were two adults and two children, and we ordered: two fillets, a rolled sausage, two bacon skewers, five or six arrosticini, six bombette skewers, a plate of grilled vegetables, a roasted caciocavallo cheese, a French fry, two bottles of water, and a 33cl beer. We went to pay, and when we saw the bill, we were in disbelief. €150! A rip-off! Eating with paper tablecloths and bagged cutlery in a dirty restaurant, with meat that honestly wasn't worth the price. Never again!
