Uppà di Felice Bellomo In Triggiano

I've had the pleasure of visiting this bakery several times, and I can confirm that both the sweet and savory options have been simply excellent! I especially enjoyed the pane puccia, the panzerotti (though obviously lukewarm, they were still very good), and the pan goccioli. The staff is friendly and knows how to handle even chaotic situations. I can't recommend it enough. :)

The thin focaccia is excellent (a pleasant surprise, as it's thinner than the ones from Bari). The rye bread is excellent. The ladies at the counter are kind and courteous.
