We visited this restaurant and were truly impressed. The place is very clean and tidy, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. ​Here's what won us over: ​Service: Really fast and organized, without long waits between courses. The staff is exceptionally kind, always smiling and helpful. ​Product Quality: You can tell the ingredients are top-quality. The pizza was loaded with excellent prosciutto, and the mixed grill was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, accompanied by crispy potatoes and zucchini. ​Wine and Dessert: We paired our dinner with an excellent Tuscan red (Pietramiata di Podere Gusto), which was perfect with the meat. To top it off, a delicious chocolate truffle.

Small as a place... the pizza used to be good, now it's always burnt on the bottom, therefore bitter on the palate.

A welcoming location, polite and helpful staff, but what sets this place apart is the authenticity of the ingredients. In Cerignola, everyone boasts about quality, but few actually put it into practice. The pizza is excellent, and since I've celebrated several anniversaries, I absolutely recommend the restaurant as well. The portions are generous and delicious, from the presentation to the taste. It's an experience to be savoured; giving it 5 stars is the least I can give. Kudos also to the owners, a husband and wife team of restaurateurs who know how to satisfy even the most discerning palates.

I walked into this place and had a wonderful experience. As soon as I sat down, Mr. Dino, the owner of this pizzeria, welcomed me as if I were at home. He's a serious, professional, and very diligent person. He also served the dishes very quickly, the result of well-organized and impeccable work with his team. I highly recommend Paladino to everyone!
