17/06/2025: We had a pizza 🍕 here today. 😋 The food was delivered within five minutes. Both pizzas tasted fantastic, the price was fair and the owner was such a nice guy. Couldn't have been more happy, thanks a lot.

11/06/2025: Awesome awesome pizza, super good quality super helpful and great prices. There are a lot of free parking spaces on the street.

13/06/2025: Difficile arrivarci per caso e, segnalatoci da conoscenti, ci siamo andati. GRAN BELLA SCOPERTA - nelle viuzze del paese, il locale si presenta molto accogliente e ben arredato. Dispone di una terrazza esterna in tutta tranquillità. Attenzione e gentilezza al cliente 🔝. Nei piatti, influenze locali e azzeccate. Menù variegato e ottima scelta; stesso discorso coi 🍷. Il rapporto prezzo/qualita’ è assolutamente 👍. Che dire se non che.. SENZA DUBBIO CI RITORNEREMO.

23/06/2025: Very nice and typical hotel, we did the sport&wellness package. We had a great time, they provide e-bikes with helmets, backpacks and locks. The private sauna is a plus. Fabulous breakfast, with special mention for the jams and honey.

26/06/2025: Muchísima calidad a un precio bastante contenido. Notas la buena materia prima que se maneja desde el aceite de mesa hasta el tomate de la ensalada. Siempre intentamos ir cada vez que vamos a Verbania. Un seguro

24/06/2025: Great place, we went there twice! It's the place where we ate the best on Lake Maggiore. The service is a little slow but it's worth it! I recommend the calamatas with squid ink and the key lime pie!

03/05/2025: Locale estremamente caratteristico, con un’atmosfera calda, arredato con tantissimi cimeli della vita contadina. Si respira tradizione in ogni angolo meravigliosi pizzoccheri, sublime il petto d’anatra e lo stinco di agnello anche la cotoletta alla milanese che ha mangiato nostro figlio era eccezionale. Consigliatissimo!

01/07/2025: Make sure you book! Especially during the weekend, booking is very useful! To get to the restaurant, just take the ferry from Stresa or Baveno and in 10 minutes you are on the upper island of the fishermen. The restaurant is very nice with a terrace on the lake. The food is good (we had both the grill and the fried lake fish) and the prices are normal (starter, 2 main courses, 1 dessert and 1/2 liter of house wine and 2 coffees are €30 per person). Don't expect the "wow" effect on the dishes though! The waiter and staff in general are very nice.

31/05/2025: Abbiamo pranzato all' aperto nei tavolini antistanti il locale (all' interno è molto piccolo ma veramente particolare con le "cadreghe" appese al soffitto) ed abbiamo preso un menù a prezzo fisso di due portate più bere (acqua o un calice di vino). Abbiamo scelto i fusilli ai funghi porcini e la cotoletta alla piastra servita con patate al forno e verdure. Con l' aggiunta di caffè e una bottiglia d'acqua extra, abbiamo speso 20€ a testa. Ottima esperienza, da consigliare!

06/07/2025: The tortellini were not great. Just store bought pasta with butter. the pizza was good but nothing special. All in all the place is alright but there are better places in omegna.

01/06/2025: During our hike we stopped at oira for lunch. There are two restaurants, the other couldn’t fit us in, but here we had a warm welcome, we did feel somewhat under dressed and a bit hot and sweaty from our hike, which we apologise for. The food and service were excellent, a bit more than we wanted to pay but none the less, worth it.
