15/02/2026: Very nice place, good food. We finished eating very quickly because it was quite cold in the place and the food also got cold quickly.
09/02/2026: I booked during the week for Sunday lunch at 12 (first sitting). Not only did I enjoy the food, both in terms of quality and quantity, but I only waited 10 minutes after ordering (I was worried because all the tables filled up at the same time). Well done, we'll definitely be back.

25/01/2026: This restaurant saved us after a failed winter hike. The owners welcomed us even though there were 15 of us, we hadn't booked, and we weren't all planning on ordering anything. They even provided us with unset tables and chairs. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was excellent and plentiful, and the prices were absolutely fair.
We'll definitely be back.

07/12/2025: A typical and characteristic mountain hotel. To reach it, you have to negotiate a few hairpin bends (but it's worth it).
The rooms are comfortable, thanks to the wood that dominates, while the friendly service makes everything even more pleasant.
This will definitely be a must-see in spring.

09/10/2025: Tiffany is my ideal bar... it feels like home! Quick and friendly service, always a smile for everyone, even when it's crowded. I come here often for lunch; there are many options on the ever-changing daily menu, plus other à la carte options to suit all tastes, from main courses, first courses, second courses, piadinas, salads, and sandwiches... Fair prices and very good quality.
The coffee is also good!

Top-quality ingredients: the mixed antipasto of lake fillets (5 different selections) is the perfect way to savor the local flavors; you can taste that it's prepared and marinated in-house. The tagliolini with fish ragù is a must-try. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere.

26/12/2025: We dined at the restaurant for lunch on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025. In addition to the à la carte menu, they offered a lovely Christmas set menu with accompanying wines, which we ordered. Including the amuse-bouche, it consisted of seven courses, coffee, Prosecco, and wine.
The portion sizes were perfectly suited to the menu's size.
A beautiful blend of traditional and modern elements, perfect for the occasion.
The service was very friendly and attentive, and all the dishes were delicious. Everything was very professional.
We will definitely be back!

19/09/2025: A somewhat dated hotel with very good service. Everything was nice and clean. Our room (54) had a spectacular view of the Borromean Islands. Sunrise.
05/09/2025: We stayed at this truly beautiful hotel for five nights in August. The room was right on the lake, and the view was priceless! The hotel is family-run, and it shows! If you're looking for a quiet hotel with lots of love, a romantic balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore and the two islands of Isola Bella and Isola Madre, you absolutely have to book a room here!

The waitress was truly unfriendly.
No greeting...
We sat down... and after a minute she came to ask for our order.
Always no greeting.
Distant service, no smiles, and zero professionalism.
In jobs where you're in contact with the public, this must be the basis.
You have a beautiful location... but you're not the only ones... Next time I'll definitely choose another place.

28/09/2025: We had a fabulous time!🤩👌. I want to thank all the staff of Lido for making our day memorable🫶🥰👍. This is the kind of place were the owners treats you like an old friend, you could tell they really care about their guests and love what they do 😍💓(we even snapped a few pics 📸😉). The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The Chef came out to our table and made excellent recommendations! 👨🍳👌That made our Lunch extra special. We enjoyed our delicious freshly made food and the presentation was superb.🍽🍷🎉
Great atmosphere and the stunning views of Lake Maggiore is amazing. 🎷🎼🎷🏞🛶🏝

05/11/2025: True hospitality in a small hotel with a big heart. Just 2 km from Stresa, it has parking and a private beach, excellently soundproofed rooms, and a breakfast buffet with homemade pastries, cured meats and cheeses, and freshly cooked eggs.
The staff are friendly and professional, both in their welcome, room cleaning, and breakfast service. Congratulations, we'll be back!

A bit noisy on weekdays, right on the street. Parking is available across the street. Staff and manager are friendly and accommodating. They always try to accommodate.
Approximately 2 km to Stresa, not recommended for walking.
No continuous sidewalk. Part of the way is on the street.
