What a lovely surprise... We're from Verbania, but it was our first time at Ponte Bria, a restaurant surrounded by greenery 2 km from Omegna.
The 72-hour cooked ribs were incredible, and the non-menu frogs were incredibly delicious. The tartare and gnocchi were top-notch, and the prices were finally fair.
The wine cellar was well-stocked, and the berry tart was delicious.
Another positive was the friendly and helpful service.

I recently visited Ponte Bria with my partner on a Monday evening after seeing online that they also offered a vegan menu in addition to the traditional one.
Besides particularly appreciating the dishes, I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere we were welcomed into. The waiter and chef did their utmost to make our experience enjoyable, and, as far as I'm concerned, they pampered me, making me feel like a welcome and accepted vegan guest!

The location, surrounded by greenery and located a short distance from Omegna, is reached via a narrow road; the GPS sometimes tends to direct you to a neighbor's house.
The food is distinguished by highly refined pairings and the use of the highest-quality, extraordinarily fresh ingredients.
The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and particularly attentive to our needs. Having visited with our three-month-old baby, we appreciated the changing table in the bathroom, which was also impeccably clean.

This restaurant was our home for 4 hours!!! The food and wine were honest and absolutely delicious. The service was warm and caring. The rabbit and cavallo were definitely the family favorites. Plan to come early before the sun sets to thoroughly enjoy your summer evening.
