02/05/2026: What can I say? We happened to pass by the restaurant just before opening and were greeted by Francesca's smile and vivacity. However, she was just the beginning of a crescendo of positive emotions that kept us returning every day for the duration of our short vacation... the courtesy and helpfulness of a family, but the cuisine and quality of the dishes on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant. I mention Francesca because we were the only ones who showed up, but I thank EVERYONE (and I apologize for not naming them individually) for the quality of the entire service... from the presentation of the dishes and the daily selections, to the attention to customer service and especially to food intolerances with more than satisfactory alternatives... those who have ears to hear, almost good is too much of an understatement, you are excellent! Thanks again and we will definitely see you again.

25/04/2026: We had a great meal, with plenty of gluten-free options (pasta, fritto misto, bread, desserts) and a casual, friendly atmosphere. Great attention to service. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

10/04/2026: Very hidden away. But the food was absolutely delicious. And the price was great. Starter: macaroni with saffron, €9. It was a very generous portion. Then a fantastic fish platter for €25. And dessert, €4.50. The espresso was excellent. Simply everything. 👍👍👍

13/04/2026: Me and my partner were looking for a chill place that would also have gluten free options, this restaurant seemed great. Came by the food was so tasty and the atmosphere was very local. They have the best tiramisu I had in Italy… Everything was perfect! GRAZIE😘

I think they've also lost sight of the value of their money, because I paid €45 (€225 per kg) for the grilled meat, which weighed less than 180g—just a rough estimate—but I'd be happy to be proven wrong by the chef or the owner. It's a criticism that "perhaps" might be helpful for some reflection.

13/04/2026: Having heard about it for so long, I decided to give it a try... guys, in my opinion, it's highly overrated... or at least, we ordered two different platters of cold cuts and I can assure you that the quality is very average... not to mention the portions and the plating... in a bar where I pay 18 euros for a platter, I expect, first of all, to be plated to perfection, perhaps on a wooden cutting board and not on a square plate... the portions are meager and, as already mentioned, the cold cuts are something you can easily find at the supermarket... the bread they bring to the table is good and there's a good selection of wines... a wide selection of products to buy, but only for tourists because the prices are crazy... near the checkout there's a basket of tomatoes for 15 euros a kilo, you decide!

09/04/2026: This place cant be easily explained in words. The whole time while sitting and tasting great meat and specialities, combined with wine, I felt like little chef Remy in Ratatouille when he combined few tastes and felt the explosion of them. This place will stimulate your taste buds and all the sensations in a way only the best products made with love can. If I should plan a trip to Laggo di Maggiore, Intra is "must visit" - if nothing else, just to spend time in La Casera and try different things on their menu.

12/04/2026: We’ve been there twice during our stay in Alberobello and these were super tasty dinners, with very friendly staff. I definitely recommend to make a reservation earlier, because the restaurant is almost always full.

22/03/2026: Let's start by saying that to get to the restaurant, you have to cycle at least 300 meters (lucky, I found a car that drives away).... In a bit, I'll park 1 km away. The restaurant is full... dishes that no longer arrive, raw rice and shrimp... micro portions, Swiss-style prices... I'll anticipate the owner's response... We are the best of all, maybe you didn't come to me, etc. Every now and then, it's okay to not do everything 100% right, respond politely, and adjust your approach... try not to get 1 star because marketing will condemn you on your score. Reviews. Low score, many people won't come to your restaurant during those off-peak months. I strongly advise against it.

The quiet atmosphere, with discreet and pleasant musical accompaniment, helped make our dinner a relaxing experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for tranquility and quality. Finally, the prices are definitely commensurate with the quality of the food.
