10/04/2026: Esperienza assolutamente pessima. Far pagare 16€ per hamburger and served in a single portion with a minus cola and completely vergognoso. The rapporto quality-prezzo è ridicolo. Secondly, I don't have a hamburger. Not abbiamo ricevuto alcuna verdura. The service is state-of-the-art and, when it comes, is not basic, it is state-of-the-art tolto lo scontrino – comportamento totalmente inaccettabile e poco serio. Ci siamo sentiti davvero truffati. May be più and assolutamente non consigliato. Absolutely disastrous experience. Charging €16 for a hamburger and then serving such a tiny portion is simply outrageous. The value for money is a joke. And in my opinion, you can't even call it a hamburger. We didn't get any vegetables at all. The service was poor, and to top it all off, they even took our receipt – completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Such behavior is simply unacceptable. We feel utterly ripped off. Never again, and definitely not recommended.

07/04/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant yesterday and overall it was a lovely experience. The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing, and we were fortunate to be given a table with a splendid view of the lake, which made the lunch even more special. The food was good, especially the pasta, which we really enjoyed. The only less positive aspect was the service: the staff was friendly, but seemed a bit disorganized, probably because there weren't many of them. We had to wait a while both for a table and for the service (menu and dishes). Special thanks to the black waiter, who was particularly kind and attentive, even apologizing for the wait. Overall, a place with great potential, especially for the atmosphere and the quality of the food.

03/03/2026: A must to go go place when in Verbania, better call for a reservation especially over the weekend. The menu offers a variety of well crafted dishes for all tastes and a wide selection of wine. The interior is decorated with personalized touches from the friendly owners and the outside patio is in a beautiful small piazza. Good for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner.

10/04/2026: Beautiful view over Lago Maggiore. Nice Garden to sit outside and enjoy drinks. We can't rate the food, but the coffee was warm and savory.

13/04/2026: The price-performance ratio is unacceptable here. It starts with the cover charge of €4 (!) for half a glass of sparkling wine and a bread roll. We ordered two T-bone steaks, both of which were served almost raw without any prior consultation. We sent them both back and received them again cooked medium. At 10 p.m., they simply turned on the heating and opened the door. Several things don't justify these very high prices. We certainly won't be coming back.

01/04/2026: We went for a quiet dinner on Saturday evening; there was no wait as there were only four people in the room. The service was friendly and fairly quick, if you ignore the sweet lady in the dining room who stared at us unintentionally as she passed by, and the pressure we felt when we didn't finish our appetizer: "You're going to finish this, right?" —in my opinion, a phrase that shouldn't be said. The food was nothing special; the appetizer was quite tasteless, the lasagna seemed reheated, so much so that there wasn't even any sauce. The only redeeming feature was the dessert. When we got to the cashier, we asked for the bill, which was extremely expensive for the experience (about €70). The lady asked us if we wanted bitter or coffee, and when we said no, her reaction was very subtly rude, making faces and making us feel guilty. To top it all off, we were also charged for an extra bottle of water, which the lady spoke up over me when I mentioned it, wishing us a good evening. We decided not to argue and just leave.

14/04/2026: 4.5 stars: If the spaghetti with clams had tasted as good on the last evening as it did on the first, it would have been 5 stars. Excellent value for money.

11/04/2026: The place is so wonderful and the food is delicious. I had spaghetti( usually comes paccheri) with salciccia, olive and pomodorini. I recommend it. So delicious.
