The bruschetta, priced at €10 as pictured, was quite disappointing! We're used to much better.
The pasta, a modest portion, cost €20. Overall, the bruschetta wasn't worth the money, and I personally found the pasta overpriced, although the taste was excellent.
13/04/2026: Small restaurant, pasta is very good 👍. Pizza is not recommended. Friendly service. Good value for money.

06/04/2026: Terrible food. The starters were overcooked and tasteless. The bread was stale and dry. The service was peculiar, like something out of a 1950s movie. The waiter in an Armani suit was a classy touch. Nice restaurant, perfect for tourists. Italians, stay away.

19/04/2026: A striking hotel in an extravagant Baroque style. Gilding, chandeliers, and timeless woodwork adorn every floor. The charm of the old world blends seamlessly with modern comfort. The expansive saltwater pool and spa area boasts facilities we've rarely, if ever, seen elsewhere, such as the tropical shower suite and the "snow" cabin. Add to that an efficient and welcoming staff (a special mention for Carmen in the spa area). Our room was small but comfortable and very quiet, overlooking the garden. A sumptuous buffet breakfast was included in the room rate, as was parking. This hotel offers excellent value for money. We will definitely return.

05/04/2026: Excellent place, clean and welcoming. The food is good; you can immediately tell from the aroma that the produce is fresh. The portions are just right. Excellent local cured meats and cheeses. A regular stop when we're in the area and we always leave feeling very satisfied.

12/04/2026: We’ve been there twice during our stay in Alberobello and these were super tasty dinners, with very friendly staff. I definitely recommend to make a reservation earlier, because the restaurant is almost always full.

The menu is extremely varied, rich, and made with top-quality ingredients!
At lunchtime, they offer a variety of first and second course options, as well as a generous buffet with a wide variety of vegetables.

15/02/2026: It's not really a restaurant, but a refuge at about 1700 meters where, by appointment, you can go for lunch. We had a snowmobile pick us up and returned by snowmobile, crossing the forest late at night.

In response: Aside from the fact that you can write a review even when you have time, no one asked me anything; I had more than half left over. I also think it was prepared in a casserole dish and then baked. If it had been made in a cauldron, the cheeses would have melted completely, forming a single mass; instead, they were still in small pieces. Anyway, I've never eaten polenta concia like this.

The service was also impeccable, friendly, and the explanations of the dishes were always appreciated.
We chose the Valentine's Day tasting menu and it was a delicious lunch.
