06/01/2025: I passed by by chance. Located near golf courses near the woods. Very beautiful and very suggestive, especially after a snowfall. I was there on Christmas Eve. Eaten very well with a simple but well -kept service. The environment is relaxing and warm. I will definitely return in the warmer months. Compliments !!

03/05/2025: Thanks to a recommendation from our host, we went to the trattoria full of expectations. The path there is winding and narrow, but it's worth it! Welcomed by the boss with a lot of warmth! The starter - Graubünden meat - was freshly sliced ​​by the chef and was excellent! The rest of the fine dinner was also excellent. We'd love to come back! The journey is worth it!

La location è ottima, il personale è cordiale ma il prezzo è ESAGERATAMENTE alto rispetto alla qualità della cucina che ritengo comunque gradevole. Il prezzo del vino è completamente fuori misura....2 prosecchi iniziali su loro invito (quasi come fossero di benvenuto) e tre calici di rosso registrano 90 euro ... Un dolce normalissimo 16 euro.....il furto è stato perpetrato... Non tornerò più ovviamente....si può trovare decisamente di meglio.

25/05/2025: Perhaps the pizzeria has become a victim of its own success. The pizza itself is fine, but the other circumstances of our visit on a Sunday evening in May were simply unacceptable. Arriving at the agreed time, we were left standing in the entrance area for about 10 minutes without anyone noticing us. The table assigned to us was located in a kind of connecting room. Perhaps aided by this spatial situation, even in the last row of La Scala, one could have easily heard every word of the conversation of the 10 guests sitting at another table. Normal conversation during the meal was therefore impossible. The drinks menu offered another surprise: the absence of any reference to wine by the glass. The red house wine, offered at a hefty €4 per glass upon our explicit request (also regarding the price), was of very mediocre quality. When we paid, we were quite surprised to find that this same wine was charged at €5 per glass (!). Only when we asked the waitress who was taking our order to come to the cash register did we finally get a reduction in the bill to the previously stated price. It's hardly worth mentioning that the waitress and "chef" didn't give the impression from the start that they were serious about hospitality. Conclusion: We've had much better food in countless restaurants in Italy than here and will certainly not be returning.

13/05/2025: Went to Ristorante La Cantina in Alberobello for lunch without a reservation. They asked us to come back around 2:30, so we did, and ended up waiting about 20 minutes for the staff to clear and set up the tables. It was a slow process since they seemed to spend more time chatting than working. The food was just okay. The orecchiette with ragù was good, but the piece of beef was awful — full of gristle, as you can see in the photos. The potatoes were excellent, though. As for dessert we had the smallest portion of panna cotta I’ve ever seen, honestly kind of funny. Overall, a bit disappointing considering the hype

15/01/2025: Very nice place, excellent food and the waitress who served us was very kind and professional. I give one star, despite myself, for what I imagine is the owner. When it was time to pay, the gentleman asked us if we wanted a single receipt and at "our" house the single receipt means a single bill, after a couple of seconds of back and forth he tells us "I don't care, just pay ” all pissed off We were very sorry as the lunch was spent in a super pleasant way but this farewell could have been saved. In the hope that he will learn education and the value of hospitality. Greetings from Turin, where hospitality is a must.

I had the puff pastry with bacon with a goat cheese cream that simulates a breakfast! And then a fillet waltz style. Excellent service. A well-kept and modern place but a little "cold", I would have liked something more characteristic. In any case, an excellent experience! Congratulations
