A delightful surprise that lives up to its name. The Piedmontese-style sushi is as original as it is delicious. The pizzas also feature a fusion of flavors, served with fresh ingredients. Bravo to Chef Dominico!

Lovely cozy vibe and great food, friendly staff. We tried two types of sushi "CHAI 2.0", "Delicious" and the Frank pizza, all perfection! ❤️ I came back another night and ordered the same for takeaway also which was fantastic 😊

What's truly impressive is the quality of the products 🌾🫒 Domenico proudly explains that the flour, oil, and many other ingredients come directly from his family—authentic, genuine products that make a difference with every bite. 🍣✨ Carefully prepared dishes, clean flavors, a strong identity, and a passion that is palpable. An interesting place offering a menu of unconventional dishes, especially (but not exclusively) fusion pizzas with ingredients drawn from both Italian and Asian cuisines, with surprisingly (and pleasantly) surprising results. The pizza dough is also good, and the atmosphere is very relaxed, quiet, with pleasant, low-volume music that doesn't prevent conversation at the table, and the staff is extremely friendly (which is not a given).

We ordered a caccio e pepe pizza. We were very curious. And thank goodness. The pizza is fantastic. The dough is very light and cooked to perfection. The combination of flavors is perfect. And Domenico is truly a true professional and a very kind person. Thanks for the experience. This is only the first time... but there will be many more.

Birthday dinner, tasty and original menu, a little less tasty in the tasting, but I can't say I ate badly. I drank better. Tasty.

A pleasant surprise in the center of Turin! Domenico is a delightful person as well as a great professional. He welcomed us and guided us on our culinary journey, recommending dishes that were each more delicious than the last. Highly recommended!
