05/09/2025: A welcoming place. Reminiscent of a classic mountain restaurant. Pleasant and punctual service. Service times are a bit long. Nothing to complain about the quality and quantity of the dishes. We'll definitely be back.

26/07/2025: After numerous visits to this restaurant, I can only highly recommend it. The cuisine faithfully follows Piedmontese tradition, often reinterpreted with a modern twist by the chef with great skill. The service is attentive and precise, while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere typical of a family-run business that characterizes the restaurant. The wine and craft beer pairings are particularly noteworthy, with the knowledgeable staff professionally recommending them to complement each dish. Don't miss the porcini mushroom-themed dinners held in September and October: it's a unique experience, made even more special by the fact that the mushrooms are harvested directly by the family. The quality and selection of ingredients are excellent. The value for money is more than fair, considering the level of culinary offerings. To complete the experience, the magnificent panoramic view of the city of Turin pleasantly accompanies the entire dinner, making it truly memorable.

23/08/2025: I returned to the Aquila Nera restaurant and I had a great time.. this time no pizza, a simple slice and mixed fried food.. they were once again courteous and attentive.. from all points of view.

22/08/2025: Historic restaurant in the town of Ivrea. Staff always attentive to your needs. Reservations recommended, almost mandatory. Extensive menu. Always a great place to stop by for lunch, afternoon, or evening.

20/07/2025: Let me start by saying that the food is truly excellent. We had a Sunday lunch with a five-course appetizer selection for three people, followed by a main course for one person, a dessert each, water, and a glass of wine, for a total of €90. Loredana served us, and she deserves praise for her professionalism and friendliness (not everyone is a fan of hers). The restaurant is clean and well-air-conditioned. We gave the bill a pass only because we expected to spend a little less. Typically, Piedmontese restaurants offering this type of food cost no more than €25 per person, especially considering we only had one glass of wine. Otherwise, I recommend it if you're in the area.

04/08/2025: I don't think anyone can comment on the quality of the products, at least not so far! That said, the ingredients are fresh, hand-picked by the owner, and cooked to order. The same goes for the desserts, which are homemade. If I were to find any flaws: - waiting times (you go in knowing you'll have to take your time, but if you find the night to be bad, like I did, you'll spend an hour and a half just waiting) - the price is justified by the ingredients, etc., but chips served alongside the dish wouldn't hurt, in my opinion. In any case, everything is brought together by the setting of a very refined restaurant with a back room that feels almost "intimate," even when the place is full. I'd definitely recommend it; it's definitely worth a try, and then you can decide.

09/03/2025: Nice place with tables inside and outside, the inside is very small, there are a maximum of 4 tables so it's best to book. Welcoming, friendly and attentive staff, fast service. Good quality/price.

08/09/2025: Over the years, Eataly has always been a go-to place for quality shopping and dining. Unfortunately, over the last few times I've eaten here, I've noticed a decline in selection and quality, along with a significant price increase. This is likely due to the change in management, which has become more like a table-service restaurant. How I miss the old Eataly!

19/08/2025: A simple and welcoming place. For years, summer and winter, when we're walking in the valley, we've stopped here for lunch, like today when we were a large group. In the summer: excellent sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, focaccias, and piadinas. Excellent wine and beer, but the difference is made by the friendly, fast, and efficient wait staff: well done! And if you come in the colder seasons, the few dishes offered will be excellent, if they don't change... and let's hope not, because we'll be back.

02/09/2025: High expectations, but a bit disappointed by the restaurant. Especially by the sorbet, which was the kind from the supermarket, horribly plated in a large bowl and kept sliding. (A small bowl? A glass?) The veal with tuna sauce was good, the ravioli a bit undercooked and nothing special.

08/08/2025: Trattoria semplice ma buona, piatti tipici della cucina piemontese. Abbiamo preso un antipasto misto con formaggi e salami e stinco di maiale ben cotto e saporito e della tagliata anch'essa ben cotto. Consigliato.

03/06/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by the particular menu but I must say that the homemade gnocchi seasoned with bagna cauda surprised me, they are delicious!! Quality home cooking, excellent service and the waitress or owner, I don't know, is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!

01/06/2025: I ate at Savurè in Turin and I have to say that the food is really excellent! The fresh pasta is delicious and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The service was kind and fast, no frills but very efficient. The environment is simple, perhaps a little spartan, but still pleasant for an informal lunch or dinner. Overall, a great choice for those who love good Italian cuisine made with care. I will gladly return!

22/08/2025: They even did not apologize. We got meat tartar that had bad color, bad smell and bad taste. Certainly not fresh meat. We did not eat that. The waitress waved our complaint and even charged the bill!!!!!. Then the seafood was disgusting as well. One peace of calamari was OK, but the other one was sponge and had really bad taste. The shrimps where somehow rotten as well. Overcooked to cover the lack of freshness. The crab finger looked like it was eaten before. The Lazaina was really bad and the green salsa was bad as well. We also payed too much and ate something at home when we came back..... Disaster. The worst restaurant we had.
