This restaurant is located in the historic center of Moncalieri, in a beautiful, characteristic square. The owners are fantastic, two extraordinary men, one in the kitchen and the other in the dining room. Friendliness, elegance, expertise, and professionalism are the hallmarks. I've eaten the best Piedmontese dishes at this restaurant, from veal with tuna sauce to plin pasta with roast beef sauce, all excellent both in terms of the cooking and the quality of the ingredients. We also tried the Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare, the onion soup, and for a sweet finish, a fantastic hot zabaglione with meringue biscuits. Everything is homemade, even the pasta and desserts. The wines are local and high-quality. A wonderful place, both for the owners and the food, a must-try.

We were there on Christmas Eve, a very intimate and characteristic place, very kind staff, I personally had the top Vitello Tonnato, then agnolotti but I didn't like them, those who ordered them all confirmed that they were too salty, to taste before bringing them to the dining room, it can happen but more attention, prices are fair anyway I recommend trying...

We went for bagna cauda during bagna cauda day. We had the meat option, the tortelli, and the bunet. To say it was delicious would be an understatement. Lovely garlicky flavor, as it should be, generous portions, and an interesting variety of vegetables! The service was truly friendly and helpful!!! If I hadn't felt full, I would have continued eating it forever!!! I was truly satisfied!

We went for bagna cauda... 40 euro menu... Really minimal vegetables, and when you go back they tell you there aren't many onions, potatoes, and peppers, so they give you whatever vegetables they want... The bagna cauda is the only one with garlic, no other options... and it's really a bit strong... it stung your throat... the rest of the food, however, is excellent; the meat and pasta are delicious... even the desserts... the service, who knows... The place, on the other hand, is very clean and comfortable... Anyway, I'd go back for regular Piedmontese dishes.
