We were in Turin for work and were looking for a typical Piedmontese restaurant. Da Mauro was recommended to us. The atmosphere was quaint, the tables were set with beautiful dishes, and we ate truly deliciously. We had a Piedmontese appetizer with anchovies, tomino al verde, bell peppers with bagna cauda, ​​and vitello tonnato. Then came plin pasta with roast gravy, Fassona beef tartare, and finally a nougat parfait. Everything was delicious. The owners were very friendly, and we had a pleasant chat. We can't wait to return to Turin!

A good selection of wines, the modern and spacious atmosphere features a lovely terrace overlooking the greenery. Friendly and welcoming staff. Prices are reasonable, with an à la carte menu and tasting options. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available.
