The food is good and the atmosphere is welcoming. There's a wide selection of high-quality teas, and Wi-Fi is available. The outdoor seating is also lovely. The smoothies and Moroccan tea are highly recommended. The staff is extremely attentive: we were about to order a dish containing a food to which one of the diners was allergic, and it was the waitress who pointed this out.
Update: Despite the change in management and staff, the restaurant has maintained its excellent quality.

A true little refuge in the city. Teapot is one of those places where time slows down and everything feels warm and genuine. The atmosphere is cozy and full of character, perfect for long conversations or quiet moments with a cup in your hands.
But what really makes the difference is the staff: incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. You feel seen, not rushed, and genuinely taken care of. Every visit feels like being welcomed by friends.

First of all affordable! Absolutely incredible food. The pancakes Esotico is just 6 light pancakes with fruit and yoghurt, but awesome. Bacon and eggs with toast also absolutely unreal, as the eggs are cooked to perfection.
The coffee is really nice, but be careful ordering a hot chocolate (culture clash), as it is pure chocolate that you could have as a breakfast alone. All the countries I’ve been to, this one of the most enjoyable breakfasts and authentic experiences I’ve had!

Quality declining? The place was known for its casual atmosphere and good quality at a good price. Returning two months after my last visit (not exactly a top-notch experience even then), I was served a savory croissant with speck, which, to avoid waste, came with the rind. To wash it down, I had Moroccan tea (clouded by unfiltered leaves) paired with biscuits (which tasted of baking soda). If prices are rising, quality has to keep pace.

We had delicious, yet light, pancakes, and they were absolutely delicious with Christmas tea!
The fireplace also adds to the ambiance!
Good customer service and normal prices for San Salvario.
I'll be back if I'm in the area. :)
