13/04/2025: Yesterday with a group of 32 people we had a wonderful lunch. Waiters always smiling and kind. Excellent and super abundant 10 PRAISE menu with refresher. TO BE RETURNED. Thanks Michela and all the STAFF

14/02/2025: Mountain restaurant with typical furnishings, simple and clean premises. Our visits have always been on Sundays when a fixed menu consisting of four starters, two first courses, two second courses and dessert is offered. The cuisine is simple and homely but the dishes offered are decidedly good and plentiful, plus they review all the courses. The service from the young managers was very kind. At the end of the meal the cook goes out to go around the tables to check whether the food was liked by the diners. The bill is really honest. For us it is a pleasure to have lunch there when we go to Valmala.

27/03/2025: Hotel without any pretensions, normal rooms with comfortable beds that are not small, good cleanliness, excellent heating, reserved internal parking, there is also a restaurant with excellent food including a pizzeria, top welcome, polite, kind and professional staff, very nice owners, nothing to say about it, good price, I recommend !!!!!

20/03/2025: Coup de cœur pour cet établissement dans une petite ville du piémont d’à peine 3100 habitants. De l’apéritif au dessert en passant par le plat et l’hébergement, tout était au top. Un personnel vraiment très agréable et attentif aux demandes même en étant étranger. Facilité de stationnement aux alentours et un parking gratuit quand vous restez logé sur place. Sur la carte du restaurant, vous retrouverez des plats, typiques de la région avec uniquement du fait maison, des pizzas au feu de bois uniquement le soir. Une carte des vins très diversifiée avec des prix plutôt correct. Il y a une clientèle essentiellement locale qui vous mettra directement dans l’ambiance. Les chambres ne sont pas exceptionnelles mais très propre et confortable. Cela suffit pour un court séjour. Je vous recommande vivement cet établissement familial.

17/02/2025: We took a very short family vacation in Carloforte and we found THE TOP! The “Residenza al Castello” has only positive points: spacious, bright and very clean room, equipped with all comforts and with 2 panoramic balconies! The structure is very close to the center, reachable on foot in a few minutes! The owner Anna Carla gave us all the useful information for a truly pleasant and high-level stay and she was extraordinarily kind, helpful and professional! Another absolutely positive point is that this structure was open in low season (February), while many local structures are closed in the same period! In short: highly recommended experience and structure! Too bad I can't give more stars! Alex, Carla, Enrico

09/03/2025: Pranzato un paio di volte, in genere durante giro in bicicletta, l'ultima volta ieri a pranzo, pasto veloce e semplice, si trova sempre qualcosa di buono a tutte le ore, siano piatti veloci che cos'è più elaborate! Personalmente tornerò per qualcosa di più "serio" con calma... Piatti buoni e genuini, gestori gentili.

10/11/2024: L'ambiente è molto bello, accogliente, elegante ma senza eccedere. Il servizio impeccabile. I piatti eccezionali, dal bignè salato di benvenuto, ai piatti principali. I dolci di una bontà insuperabile. Prezzo assolutamente equo per un pranzo che non dimenticherò.

16/12/2024: Excellent working lunch today in Cuneo. The trattoria la Gustosa was truly a pleasant surprise thanks to the friendliness of the owner Carmine who makes you feel right at home. I recommend it without hesitation. Vincenzo with the red jacket.

29/03/2025: Paccheri with burrata cream delicious.... Thin pizza is usually not my thing, but I have to say that the pasta is fragrant and delicate! Ravioli al plin delicious and friciule with lard and beetroot sprouts really well done and it is not obvious. The place is elegant and well cared for in the details

21/12/2024: Ottima esperienza. Abbiamo fatto un percorso con degustazione di quattro tipi di Barolo abbinati da salumi e formaggi eccezionali. La passione, la competenza e la simpatia nei consigli e nelle spiegazioni di Elisabetta e Marcelo sono state preziose e coinvolgenti. Torneremo sicuramente.

02/11/2024: Simplemente excepcional. Susi era súper conocedor, encantador, cálido, servicial. Los vinos eran excepcionales, algunos de los mejores que he probado.

09/03/2025: We had lunch with the fixed menu (4 starters, 1 first course, 1 second course and dessert). Home cooking with excellent traditional dishes. Very nice and quiet place, with kind and attentive owners. I tried the vegetarian variant of the menu, delicious. Absolutely recommended!

27/10/2024: I had lunch today at this farmhouse, I would go back and I highly recommend it! In the countryside near Dronero, a quiet area, with ample parking and an outside area for children to play in complete tranquility. Menu with very good dishes of the day, made with very fresh ingredients and very pleasant service! Run by a husband and wife, simple and very helpful people. Advise!!
