21/10/2025: Good food! Service and bill could be better! Very welcoming atmosphere!

30/09/2025: Great location in the middle of a park. Good food, but incredibly slow service. You can't sit in a restaurant for more than five hours! I understand there were two ceremonies, but for that very reason, they should have increased staff for that day.

19/01/2026: The owner is really kind and friendly, the staff is also friendly, it's a really nice farmhouse, you eat a lot and everything is very good, just like at home, they even gave us a loaf of bread as a gift

02/12/2025: Highly recommended! I visited on a Sunday and tried their mid-afternoon snack—delicious, filling, and reasonably priced! All this in a truly peaceful and relaxing setting. Staff are smiling and genuinely happy to be there and offer hospitality to those passing by. I'll definitely return and recommend it to everyone! Update 2025: Management has changed, and the restaurant is no longer vegetarian or vegan.

18/08/2025: We ate here during a day trip. Everything was very good and fresh, the staff was friendly and polite, and the prices were fair. The only flaw, which for me ruined the whole experience, was the behavior of the small, chubby waitress with glasses. She was the only one who acted rudely, and I'm sorry to say we heard her speak badly of other customers. It's a shame that a place with so much potential has someone like this ruining the atmosphere. We'll definitely return, but we hope we never have to see her again.

The service staff, especially the managers, are kind, helpful, and professional: their experience and dedication to quality work are truly appreciated. I definitely recommend it for the pizza (tasty; and most importantly, not burnt, as is often the case, unfortunately, elsewhere); for the food (an excellent selection of dishes, also beautifully presented); and, of course, for the desserts. Well done.

29/01/2026: We've been coming to this restaurant for years and always have a great experience: excellent traditional Piedmontese food, friendly service, and fair prices. We've always opted for the tasting menu and have never been disappointed. On certain days (e.g., Epiphany), they occasionally offer off-menu items depending on the season. The wine list is very good. In short, a guarantee.

25/07/2025: Pizza Aurora! A very nice, welcoming place. The owners are truly kind and helpful! The pizza is excellent: a light dough, well-cooked, and, above all, made with top-quality ingredients! The atmosphere is relaxed, and while you're sitting in the dining room, you can fully enjoy the experience! I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

22/11/2025: Arriving from Bergamo to visit some friends, we stopped for breakfast, and what can I say? Delicious! I've never found a place that made such good chocolate, and then... the pastries, croissants, and cookies, all homemade, were amazing. Of course, it couldn't be like this without the great service, and the girls were so kind and friendly, which made us come back the next morning. (If I really had to find something wrong, it'd be too small for so much deliciousness!)

01/02/2026: An intimate and welcoming place, with extremely kind staff who are always attentive to their customers' needs. The coffee is excellent, the flaky croissants and pastries are amazing, and the slices of cake are too! An incredible variety for a sweet start to the day. Not to mention the Ligurian focaccia! I also had the opportunity to try the pastry shop: single-serving desserts are absolutely not to be missed. Super compliments to Pietro, and a big shout out to Lella and Ceci!

18/01/2026: I had a very disappointing experience with Venchi. In December, I placed an online order for a panettone and a box of chocolates as a gift, for a total amount of €64. At the time of purchase, the delivery timeframe was clearly stated as less then 5 days to France. However, once the tracking number was issued (with a delay), the delivery date was suddenly postponed, already contradicting the information provided at checkout. The situation then deteriorated even further. The courier attempted delivery one day earlier than the announced date, at a time when I was not at home. The courier was unable to leave the parcel, nor redirect it to any nearby pickup point — which is completely unacceptable in 2025 for a standard delivery service. The following day, a second delivery attempt was scheduled at a highly inconvenient time, while I was at work. Unsurprisingly, the delivery failed again, and the parcel was sent back to the sender. According to the tracking information, the parcel was successfully returned and received by Venchi. Since then, I have not been contacted at all. No email, no explanation, no apology, no refund proposal. It is a total failure of customer service and post-purchase follow-up! The order was intended as a gift and became completely useless due to poor logistics and a shocking lack of professionalism. For a brand that positions itself as premium, this level of service is frankly unacceptable. Keeping a customer’s money after a failed delivery without any proactive communication is not only disappointing, it is borderline disrespectful. I am still waiting for a refund and for Venchi to take responsibility for this situation. Until then, I cannot recommend ordering online from this brand.

21/12/2025: Passing by today, chocolate is quite expensive. I bought some dark chocolate balls, but I wasn't satisfied with the taste.

04/01/2026: I've been going there for a while now, and the gelato is always delicious; they have lots of flavors, sometimes even new ones, and the price is reasonable. The girls are very kind and friendly. They also have other things like cookies and dried fruit. It's a must-try, your mouth will water. 💯🍦
