01/02/2025: Purtroppo cena non all’altezza delle aspettative che considerando il prezzo sono molto alte. Abbiamo fatto tutti e 4 il menù degustazione da 5 portate, ricordiamo purtroppo il tagliolino con fondo di triglia che è stato servito tiepido e incollato, la trota insipida e dura e poi per finire in bellezza ci viene comunicato prima dell’ultima portata che il dolce “lampone”(presente nel menù degustazione) non era disponibile. Valuteremo di tornare in presenza dello chef (fuori sede questa sera) sperando che tutti questi errori non siano normalità.

24/03/2025: You climb between the vineyards to the top of the hill, anticipating a wonderful castle. And you won't be disappointed! He's wonderful. Great in every way. Its interior cannot fail to impress. You try to match him: you change your speech, posture, manner of speaking, behavior and even dressing. You are surrounded by majestic trellises, Murano glass chandeliers, fireplaces, frescoes, and paintings from the 18th century. You sleep on a four-poster bed. Marble bathrooms (choose with black marble - they are more expressive, for my taste). The staff is polite and courteous. We asked for a tour of the castle and we did the right thing! It was incredibly interesting. The spa area is also worthy of praise. My sincere and warm recommendations for this palace hotel.

06/01/2025: Beautiful hotel in Piedmont. Very beautiful view of small villages and vineyards. We enjoyed breakfast in a beautiful room with bricks. Very spacious room with large terrace. Nice pool and nice spa area

30/03/2025: The beers raise the average a lot, really good. For the caliper it is better to cross out "Roman" because it is less than half the size of a real Roman caliper. The sandwich without chips is ok, but at least if you pay for them it's a real portion. The food is good and refined but the portions are those of a "gourmet" restaurant, not a pub.

09/03/2025: Not recommended for vegetarians, especially if they are also lactose intolerant. Even though we had warned in advance, the chef very rudely offered me a plate of plain pasta. For the type of place and the cost, I expected something more!

Unfortunately, every time I go to this place and decide to pay by card (not €1, on Saturday €10) the owner makes EMBARRASSING comments about this fact. Comments that make customers uncomfortable. I will never set foot there again. I do not recommend.

15/04/2025: Tutto ottimo, locale che ti ricorda casa della nonna, la signora molto simpatica di decanta il menù, con piatti genuini, pasta fatta a mano e dolci della casa

28/03/2025: Anche se da fuori non sembra neanche un ristorante, dentro ha un’ampia sala con travi a vista. La signora è molto gentile ed accogliente e… cucina divinamente! Subito pane caldo e salame si tagliere da affettare a km0… per seguire maltagliati burro ed erbette e bocconcini di pollo alla livornese (con i peperoni), tutto delizioso. Prezzo veramente ottimo: 12€ con acqua vino e caffè! Da andarci assolutamente!

16/03/2025: La pasticceria oltre ad aver sbagliato l ordine della torta sbagliata, non si sono scusati e non hanno voluto applicare sconti. La torta oltretutto era cattiva e indigesta. Chiunque voglia un dessert questa pasticceria e' decisamente sconsigliabile.

15/03/2025: Abbiamo ordinato una specifica torta di compleanno facendo vedere un esempio dalla vetrina in esposizione, chiedendo solo una variazione degli ingredienti per alcuni allergeni. Al ritiro era completamente un altro tipo di torta, la venditrice scocciata ha accusato noi di non aver spiegato bene l ordine, non si e’ scusata e non ha applicato nemmeno uno sconto. Abbiamo ritirato la torta solo per essere dei signori ma oltre ad aver perso dei clienti sconsigliamo il locale per la poca professionalita’ e la cura del cliente . Oltretutto la torta era pesantissima e non adatta ad una cena.

16/03/2025: Ci siamo trovati estremamente bene, mangiato benissimo ,il posto è bello accogliere il cameriere molti gentile e la cuoca veramente brava , un menù fisso molto ricco di portate che ti porta ad una sazietà totale, per non parlare del prezzo veramente onesto.

09/02/2025: ... siamo stati questa domenica a pranzo.... Ne abbiamo sentito parlare bene ed abbiamo voluto provare. Ottima scelta!! Personale gentile e professionale. L'insalata rustica ed i ravioli burro e salvia... Veramente top!!! Ritorneremo sicuramente!😃

29/03/2025: Large place, little frequented lately. Good dishes, well prepared and plentiful.

22/03/2025: Very good food, excluding dessert, and generous portions; the price is more than honest especially in relation to how much you eat. It's a nice and welcoming place and the staff is young, sometimes a little awkward but still polite. I will definitely go back.

27/03/2025: Ci siamo ritrovati a pranzare la domenica dello storico carnevale di Saluzzo e ne siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti. Graziosa la location, piatti curati, cibo delizioso e personale attento a rimpiazzare il pane quando terminato e/o accontentare i piccoli ospiti. Il mio bimbo di nemmeno 2 anni si é mascherato da chef e lo hanno accompagnato in cucina per uno scatto alla "Ratatouille". Unico neo: il bagno in stile industrial è davvero accogliente ma aggiungere un fasciatoio sarebbe per noi mamme davvero di grande supporto (erano presenti in sala 5 bimbi "pannolinati") perchè cambiare un bimbo tra i due lavandini su un ripiano di vetro diventa piuttosto complicato. Torneremo sicuramente.

08/03/2025: Scelto accuratamente nella proposta dei ristoranti a Saluzzo, confermo che questo ristorante è una piacevole scoperta. Ottimi piatti della cucina piemontese offerti con gusto e fantasia. Il vitello tonnato è il fiore all’occhiello ma ogni piatto è delizioso e si avverte l’ottima materia prima. Servizio impeccabile da parte di Alessandro che ha saputo guidarci nella scelta con gentilezza e maestria. Un ristorante in cui tornare con piacere,
