09/08/2025: Discovered this pizzeria by chance on a trip to Ormea. A pleasant surprise, with very good pizza and quick, courteous service. Come back again.

08/08/2025: The pizza was easy to digest. That's a rarity in my opinion. The dessert was sublime and generous. I highly recommend it.

27/04/2025: Posto incantevole! Accoglienza perfetta, cordialità e premura non artefatte. Servizio impeccabile, disponibilità e cortesia dal principio alla fine del pasto. Per quanto riguarda il menù: proposta invitante, materie prime eccellenti. Porzioni decisamente abbondanti, ma per assaggiare tutto, che merita!, è importante sapere che si può chiedere di portare via ciò che avanza. Assolutamente da evitare il fatto di non assaggiare una portata, tutti i piatti sono una sorpresa da scoprire. Un ristorante in cui tornare con la famiglia, per un incontro di lavoro e per un momento di condivisione a due.

13/10/2025: Recommended!! We spent 1 night at this hotel. It's a family-friendly hotel but also excellent for a couples' vacation. The food is excellent, and the staff is attentive to every need. We'll be back to try the spa (there's the option of exclusive use of the spa, e.g., Deluxe Package). Thank you so much.

13/10/2025: We were truly satisfied with everything. Angelo's helpfulness at the reception, the attentiveness in the dining room, the truly excellent food, the experiences with Noemi that were accessible even to our little one, who even had several play options, the spa...the location and the truly appreciated attention. If I really had to find a flaw, but only with the aim of improving an already excellent hospitality, it would be the lack of comfort of the beds and pillows (sometimes this is also a subjective issue).

09/10/2025: Fantastic food and exceptionally good service. You can tell the chef and his wife are passionate about their craft and constantly innovating, without losing their personal connection to their roots. We've been there for the second time, and we were pleasantly surprised again. Highly recommended!

23/06/2025: We stayed in Villa San Carlo as part of an accomodation package with a self guided walking tour in Piemonte. What a wonderful surprise. Carlo was welcoming and informative and asked us if we would like to join him for a banquet that night. Little did we know he is a world renowned chef . We had dietary requirements and Carlo made us a special banquet with printed personalised menus. It was magnificent. The staff were attentive and skilled. The property is lovely and the pool was large, warm and in a lovely garden setting. We love Villa San Carlo.

23/06/2025: Agriturismo nel vero senso della parola, cibo semplice ma di qualità, porzioni generose ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale in sala molto gentile, locale semplice ma pulito ed ordinato. Siamo stati piacevolmente impressionati da questa struttura, siamo decisamente fuori zona, ma se dovessimo ricapitare nelle vicinanze sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

28/04/2025: Il locale occupa la parte più elevata del piccolo borgo. Dal piazzaletto, dalla terrazza e dalla sala ristorante superba vista sul Castello che domina la collina antistante. La sala offre una quarantina di posti a sedere, piatti decorativi alle pareti, piccole collezioni (civette) e antichi oggetti sono esposti sulle mensole. Molto pulita e ben tenuta pure la toilette. La gestione familiare (mamma in cucina, papà e figlia di servizio ai tavoli) si distingue per cordialita e cortesia. Il nostro è un pranzo di gruppo con menù concordato (25 €). Tre antipasti: salumi di produzione propria (squisiti!), battuta al coltello con champignons, insalata russa ( buona e delicata). Quindi due primi: raviolini burro e salvia (fra i migliori che ricordi!) e tagliatelle ai funghi. Praticamente di tutto faccio il bis... Per il brasato con patate al forno quasi non c'è più posto, ma subito mi riscatto con i due dolci (bunet e torta bianca alle bocciole, molto buono entrambi). Che dire di più? Un appunto forse merita il vino, in bottiglia generica non meglio specificata. Per tutto il resto è di quei posti che vorresti ci fossero ovunque, dove brillano gentilezza e qualità dei prodotti.

16/08/2025: Meh, the seafood platter that becomes a plate with raw cuttlefish, therefore inedible, a seafood salad with a tablespoon capacity. A 2cm slice of fish. Chicken tagliatelle that becomes Batavia salad with 5 pieces of chicken... avoid it, it's a tourist trap.
