Yesterday's trip out to Caraglio took us to this trattoria in Valgrana. The food was plentiful and authentic, just like the owner. Always remember that a good book isn't chosen by its cover.

31/05/2026: The only flaw... the place is a bit small... In the summer there is seating outside, but in the winter there are very few seats inside... Otherwise everything is ok...
16/05/2026: Good food, but always late. I understand when it's busy, but I ordered from the app at 7:00 for the 8-8:10 time slot, and they delivered almost at 8:30. If it had happened once, I'd understand, but this is already the third time in a row, and the place wasn't even full, and there wasn't anyone else in line. If they fixed this problem, I'd give it 5 stars; otherwise, I'll change places.
