16/11/2025: It's not a Michelin-starred restaurant, so this rating is proportional to the restaurant's current standing. I find the quality of the food very good, with great attention to detail in the kitchen, refined dishes with character and mastery. The service is attentive, meticulous, and friendly. The setting is well-kept, tidy, and clean, though perhaps a little too dark or lacking spotlights that could harmonize the atmosphere. It should be noted that it was lunch, so perhaps I missed some of the evening's specialties. I'll gladly return. Bravo!

16/11/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at I Cinque Sensi restaurant in Cuneo, and I truly want to thank the management for the wonderful experience. For me, a wonderful experience means being in a welcoming environment, with excellent service and a menu that delights the taste buds. I found just that here. Every detail was taken care of, the dishes were of excellent quality, and the many little touches made the evening special. The table service was impeccable: never an empty glass, and the waitresses were always attentive but never intrusive. I appreciated the open kitchen, discreet and unobtrusive, and all those little gadgets in the bathroom that make the experience even more enjoyable. Finally, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is elegant yet casual, where you truly feel at ease. And last but not least, the price was a pleasant surprise: reasonable, perhaps even lower than I expected, considering the quality and all the extra touches like the welcome appetizer, sorbet, and digestif offered. A perfect evening made possible by a place I wholeheartedly recommend!

14/04/2025: Attenzione, il menù esposto fuori e quello che viene dato al tavolo hanno i prezzi inferiori a quanto poi viene fatto pagare infatti rilasciano uno scontrino non dettagliato. Peccato perché cibo buono. Consiglio... non tutti siamo tolleranti!

07/11/2025: A wonderful and pleasant discovery. I ended up here by chance with a friend of mine, and we were truly happy with everything. The place is very welcoming and charming. The food is plentiful and excellent, and the service is extremely courteous and attentive.

15/11/2025: We stopped by a while ago and found the place nice, clean, and welcoming. We returned because it's easy to get to and there's no parking problem. They're always very friendly, and the two ladies in charge of service are kind and fast. We'll definitely be back.

27/10/2025: Nice place, service a bit slow and lacking, perhaps because it was a very busy evening. The tajarin with white truffles falls short of expectations. The portion is very small. It's good, but not the explosion of flavor I was expecting, perhaps because of the lack of truffle... The wine selection by the glass is basic, a bit expensive. The selection of local cheeses is good but a bit monotonous. Overall, good, but prices are above average.

26/06/2025: Okay the wide choice, but everywhere I looked I couldn't find a menu with a price list, and charging €2.70 for a croissant with Kinder Bueno seems excessive to me. On the positive side, it was good.

30/04/2025: Always a safe choice when you want to eat well and leave full and satisfied!

11/11/2025: A small but charming location, we had lunch, sampling appetizers such as Russian salad, veal with tuna sauce, and delicious tartare. The first courses, the famous tajarin with local truffle and meat ragù, were also appreciated. I had ravioli with butter and sage, which I liked in flavor. The only negative was that they practically tasted like they were in broth, not with butter and sage. Perhaps they made a mistake when draining them... The wine, too: we had two different Barolos, both good quality. A spider also found its way into my daughter's glass. I would have expected at least a discount given the price of the bottle, since the glass was changed for us, but the wine was obviously thrown away. It certainly wasn't possible for the spider to be in the bottle, but it was probably in the display case in the dining room, where all the glasses used for customers were kept. These are definitely inconveniences, but a little more thoughtfulness towards customers, perhaps by offering them the glass of wine that was thrown away, would have been appreciated. However, that doesn't mean I wouldn't eat here again; the food was good and the staff was very kind and attentive.

04/11/2025: Splendid service and atmosphere, the food was decent. Had a great chat with the owner after the dinner and a couple of shots of Amaro.

09/11/2025: My experience at this restaurant was, unfortunately, not at all positive. We were a table of 13, primarily the location: in the cellar, among the barrels, a humid environment, obviously, but not ideal for lunch in November. It was dark (the overhead lamps didn't provide enough light, and there was no other lighting on the table), and sound leakage made it difficult to understand each other's conversations. The packaged breadsticks were good, but I expect them in a tavern, not a restaurant in the Langhe; the bread wasn't fresh today. The house red wine, a tart Nebbiolo, only slightly improved in flavor by letting it air out in the glass. For the first course, a vegetarian at the table was served tagliolini al dente, blanched and served with a drizzle of oil (I expect this dish to be on a children's menu; a simple butter and sage would have been fine). The meat was very salty. The service was slow and inattentive; we had to repeatedly ask for refills of bread and water (at one point, I got up to get the waitress's attention, bringing an empty bottle). The waitress literally started clearing the tables while we were still eating dessert. Finally, the Moscato glasses smelled bad; they were probably left in a cupboard and not cleaned before being brought to the table. All this for the modest sum of €55 per person, which I'm willing to pay if it's worth it, but not only because it's the truffle fair season in the Langhe. I don't think I'll ever return to this restaurant, nor will I recommend it.
