20/07/2025: The owner is friendly and helpful, the staff is kind and fast, the restaurant is well-furnished, with several comfortable, well-maintained, and air-conditioned rooms. The menu offers a wide selection, the pizzas are excellent, the beers are good, and the desserts are excellent. It's always a pleasure to return.

21/05/2025: This place is fantastic from every point of view! I often go to this hut both in winter and summer. The place is taken care of in the smallest details, the waits are very short because the staff is very prepared both in the kitchen and in the dining room and the food is really good and plentiful. Excellent food and wide variety!
In my opinion it is the best hut in Prato Nevoso.

03/08/2025: The carbonara was delicious, the cocktail was also very fresh, the pizzas were also delicious—in short, everything was delicious. I recommend everyone to come here.
27/06/2025: Large venue decorated for the holidays. Equipped with a bar and an outdoor area with fountains for children to run and play.
It offers plenty of space and the service is quite fast. The dishes are good but not abundant. However, you are asked for seconds/thirds if needed.
I will return to try other dishes. I hope to change the review to be even more positive.

12/09/2025: We waited almost an hour for pizzas after the recent merger with Gusto Divino (a terrible choice). After 53 minutes, they brought us two small plates to share, one of which was dirty. The pizzas were okay, although the menu is particularly limited, and even though all three of us ordered different pizzas, they all had the same ingredients, with a few small variations.
There are many great places in Saluzzo, but this isn't one of the lucky ones.
17/08/2025: Wonderful restaurant with original dishes and a multiple vegetarian and vegan dishes! It was a delight to eat here and we really enjoyed every spoon. Especially the spumo di buffala con pomodore was delicious. Service was also friendly and on point. Highly recommend !

06/10/2025: Without planning and without reading in advance or making a reservation, we arrived at this small, local restaurant and it is excellent. Cannelloni with fish, a very tasty surprise. Ravioli with meat for the husband, he licked it. And the tiramisu is actually "to give birth"🙃

A wonderful place where the welcome and quality of the food are impeccable.
The managers are very friendly, and the service is very fast!
They serve regional dishes, including fried fish... a real treat! All the dishes are hearty and very affordable!
Highly recommended!
Don't forget to stroll through the small streets of this charming village.

26/06/2025: Okay the wide choice, but everywhere I looked I couldn't find a menu with a price list, and charging €2.70 for a croissant with Kinder Bueno seems excessive to me. On the positive side, it was good.
