Good quality food, but portions are a bit small for the price... As for the main courses, the first courses are recommended and more reasonable. The dessert menu with prices listed is missing. P.S. I'll never understand why pizzas were removed...

I've been to dinner here several times, always at large tables. So, given the restaurant's decline, it's a great place for birthday parties or reunions. It's quite crowded. The place is nice, with a large window and a summer veranda. The food is good. The prices are slightly above average, but nothing out of the ordinary. If I can make one small criticism, it's the service; I'm used to much more kindness and friendliness.

28/04/2026: Tried on April 26, 2025. Lovely location in the heart of Pontestura. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Excellent salt-cured beef with tuna and hazelnut sauce, and incredible brisée tart with creamed asparagus, agretti, and gorgonzola cream. Delicious homemade agnolotti and wonderful tonnarelli with garlic, oil, chili, dates, and sea urchin. Delicious triple-chocolate flan and fantastic strawberry bavarois with sorbet and pistachio crumble. Decent wine list. Medium-high priced. Recommended.
20/03/2026: Excellent food, nice place, very kind and friendly owners, excellent for lunch break (work menu) or à la carte menu. Recommended

Piscina Di Castelnuovo

25/05/2026: It was a pleasant surprise. The only one open before the season, I found it welcoming and very clean. The staff is very friendly. Prices are reasonable.
