It is frequented by quiet and friendly people, there is always good music and a beautiful atmosphere. I find it ideal for going in a group, for an evening with a single friend or even with your partner. The owner is very kind and knows both cocktails and beers, in fact he offers a wide choice of drinks and offers draft beers that are always updated according to the season. The food is also worth it, I especially recommend the Mega toast: two slices of bruschetto bread generously stuffed like toast. Not to be missed! In short, if you come to Alessandria there are few bars or pubs worth going to, but Cantone is definitely one of them!

19/08/2023: Ottima la "panissa ligure", a base di farina di ceci MA NON È la comune farinata. Occorre prenotarla il giorno prima. Altrimenti... se si è fortunati proprio quella sera...
