A pleasant discovery! A completely gluten-free menu! For those with celiac disease or intolerances, it's a true paradise! The pasta is delicious, and their cutlet with prosciutto and parmesan cream is also spectacular.

Today, we parents of the Piacenza Calcio Under 8 team went to Locanda Nord Est in Gallarate, and we had a truly wonderful time! We enjoyed a generous and high-quality aperitif, with a mix of cured meats and many truly delicious delicacies. The tartare and tagliata were especially noteworthy: delicious and perfectly cooked. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for spending time with friends.

Clean environment, attentive staff, excellent food. The wait was a bit long, but the place was packed so no problem. Furry friends are welcome.

For gluten-free it's the ideal place, the environment could be improved a little, especially regarding ventilation and odors.

We dined on carefully prepared and tasty dishes, with friendly and attentive service. It was an excellent experience that we highly recommend. The wine list is very well-stocked.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable: they know exactly what's in every dish, a crucial detail for those with allergies or intolerances. The highlight: Inclusive Cuisine The real magic of Locanda Nord Est is that almost the entire menu is available in gluten-free and lactose-free versions. Often, for those with celiac disease, eating out means making do; here, however, you're spoiled for choice. From the homemade focaccias to the warm bread served as a welcome gift, the quality is indistinguishable from traditional cuisine. Recommended dishes: • Appetizers: The platter of fried gnocco is a must. The gnocchi are light, crispy, and not greasy, perfect with high-quality cured meats. • First courses: I tried the squid ink ravioli with burrata and red shrimp: an explosion of freshness and flavor. The cacio, pepe, and lime pici were also noteworthy, an original twist on a classic. • Second courses: For meat lovers, the hot-grilled tagliata or the veal Ganassino with Valpolicella are guaranteed to be tender and flavorful. • Desserts: Finally, a place where dessert isn't "a fruit or a sorbet." Their tiramisu and crema catalana are homemade and delicious. Whether you're celiac, lactose intolerant, or simply a lover of good Italian cuisine, Locanda Nord Est is a must-visit in Gallarate. The quality-price ratio is absolutely right for the quality of the ingredients offered. I'll definitely be back to try their pizza, which I've heard great things about!

I'll start by saying I'm celiac, and this is my absolute favorite restaurant! I feel incredibly confident eating here; every dish is gluten-free (don't worry, they also serve gluten-containing bread for those who are skeptical, but I highly recommend trying their homemade gluten-free bread). From the appetizers (including gnocco fritto, cured meats, cheeses, fried vegetables, etc.), to the first courses (fresh tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, excellent seasonal risottos, ravioli, etc.), to the second courses, all the way up to the desserts (gnocco fritto with Nutella, chocolate cake, etc.), everything is excellent! I've come here often, and with many non-celiacs, who have been amazed by the quality. The staff is truly friendly and attentive, and the location is lovely!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything is so good! ​An incredible place where everything is gluten-free and divinely prepared. The gnocco fritto is out of this world, light and crispy: absolutely worth trying. ​If I'm in the area, I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
