15/07/2024: The food is amazing, the staff is kind and attentive, the atmosphere is pleasant. Absolutely my favorite place!

09/07/2024: Spectacular place. Wonderful atmosphere. With such a spectacular exterior there would be a live musician... violinist, saxophonist... creating an atmosphere... The choice in the dishes was not wide and almost nothing for children, but they were very good even if the presentation was not very careful. I will definitely go back, in the hope of being able to see some artists or shows while eating.

07/08/2024: Excellent and delicious dinner. We found it to be a particularly busy evening, but despite this, the service was still quite quick, with friendly and helpful staff; the place was really welcoming, with soft lights and music that goes well with tasting the dishes. We took a portion of pumpkin ravioli each, definitely making the right choice; all the ingredients of the dish were produced by them or in any case locally. It was a unique experience for the palate, refined and delicate flavour. We then concluded with a truly excellent tiramisu and chocolate salami. Highly recommended experience, and excellent value for money.

20/07/2024: Amazing ice cream, even the water-based ones! Even the granitas are delicious, you can feel the quality of the raw materials. Since I discovered this ice cream shop it is the only one I go to, both for the ice cream and for the staff, Milena and her colleagues who are all very kind.

10/08/2024: Discovered while passing through Pegognaga thanks to the good reviews on maps, I confirm that I was pleasantly surprised by this ancient village tavern both for the truly interesting menu offering for the quality of the proposals, and for the attentive and friendly service and finally for the location with large external veranda and very refined furnishings. Delicious fish au gratin, excellent sea bass and praise for the ice cream with chocolate peach. Balanced bill with house bitters offered. I am very happy to still find passionate and competent restaurateurs in our lands like at the village inn. Well done.

04/08/2024: You don't end up at the Borgo tavern by chance. It's not on the main road. But someone must have suggested it to you. And the suggestion is truly due. Authentic food and flavours, impeccable and friendly service, very high quality and adequate prices. The cellar is an ovation to the passion for excellence: wines from all over Italy. 25/07/2024: Nice place, nice, clean and super welcoming. All good, huge and tasty pizza, varied menu and within everyone's reach. "Unfortunately", I only go there during lunch breaks, with enormous satisfaction for the dishes and also for the speed and kindness of the staff, all youthful and good-natured, and the very cute girls! The 4 stars on the food, in fact, are due to the use only during the lunch break, but I am sure that on the à la carte menu, the same care and mastery of the kitchen in composing a superior level dish would be able to convince me to also turn on the fifth. Place discovered by chance during a business trip... only flaw, it's closed on Monday, and when it happens, I have to go back eagerly. Joke! Mondays are well deserved, all the other days are always full, so a break for them too is a must. Super recommended! Update 07/25/2K24 Always lunch break, always the same pizza (courgettes, speck and parmesan flakes), 0.75 of still water, coffee and cover charge...€19.00!! The increases of the last period are ok, but already with the previous receipts at €15.00, in my opinion we were in an important price range for a "classic" pizza as a work menu. It's a shame, the place is worth it, but it's not good enough! For next time we will travel a few more kilometers and change cuisine, fortunately there are other alternatives in the area, less chic but still valid for a good refreshment during a lunch break.

20/07/2024: The restaurant is nice but the wait to order was excessive, various waiters passing by but no one who bothered to contact us or take the order. Overall good dishes, but excessively priced for what we ate. Definitely excessive prices for what the service and menu offers In the end, 50 cents were added each to make a "round bill" without even offering a bitter or anything... OK

14/08/2024: Interesting place. We happened upon it by chance today. The environment is very nice with vintage pieces hanging on the walls. A place to take into consideration and certainly to try again also for the variety of meat it offers.

18/08/2024: For us it's worth 5 stars! scrupulous, kind and attentive staff. The menu consists of fried dumplings and tigelle, all accompanied by cured meats and 6 sauces... Welcoming, clean and air-conditioned place (if you are sensitive to the cold like me I recommend a shawl). We liked everything and will definitely return trying to be on time!!

01/08/2024: PHOTONIC fried dumpling, very crumbly, not at all greasy, really good. Excellent tigelle and well accompanied. Quality also in the cured meats and sauces (and above all, proper abundance). Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

17/08/2024: It's very hot outside and the atmosphere is a bit hidden, the terrible service and the good pizzas. The paccheri with clams are ugly and horrendous the fish is 2 years old the dried clams the paccheri sauce 😫 I asked for cherry tomatoes I found cherry tomatoes crushed and peeled like my father's head they also made a mistake in bringing me the pasta at 29 tables and he didn't come to us we had to raise our hand and call you can't compare it to the pine the paccheri were good and the environment was beautiful let's not talk about the Aria they put us in a little corner and we moved ourselves 😫😫😫 hello the placeholder of wood we are used to ceramics in 2024 you can't represent yourself with the wooden placeholder that we are in the 40s 🤢🤢🤢🤢

13/07/2024: I arrived late, after my friends had finished their lunch already. The staff were kind and flexible, serving me food at 2:30pm while my friends sipped their wine. We had really nice beef tartare, several types of pasta, anchovies and salad. Friendly, relaxed environment, good choice of wines. A nice touch: there’s local art on the walls, and the owner’s LEGO collection is displayed around the restaurant: it’s interesting and fun to spot LEGO characters and sets all around you.
