The place is small so it is advisable to book but I found everything else excellent: service, quiet environment, quality of cuisine. It is also stated by the place that since the dishes are prepared on the spot the wait will last a few minutes more: it is true, but it is worth it because everything is excellent and without flaws. Personally I really appreciated that the chef's philosophy is not to give birth to dishes that are too salty, and for me this is worth 1 more point on my very personal card!
