02/01/2026: I stayed at this hotel only on the night of December 31, 2025 (without dinner). The welcome was excellent, the rooms were well-appointed and well-equipped. The breakfast was plentiful and made with wholesome ingredients. Parking was available on site. The hotel is located about 10 km from Lake Garda. In Solferino, you can visit the ossuary, etc. I definitely recommend this hotel.

11/01/2026: Today we had our son's baptism and chose Corte Gastaldo to celebrate with lunch, and I can say we were very, very happy. The staff was super helpful, both in creating the atmosphere we wanted and in the service. They were very attentive to allergies and intolerances. All our relatives were super happy, the food was excellent.

02/10/2025: Creative modern Italian cooking which produces intense, delicious flavours. Reasonably priced for the quality, especially the wine. But a few weaknesses detract from the pleasure of eating here: bread is poor - underbaked and slightly stale. Millefeuille pastry (in the stunning chicken liver and plum dish) should be much crisper and lighter - maybe assembled too far in advance? Poached peach was hard/under ripe. Papadelle stuck together in places so undercooked. Stir the pot! In a place like this, pasta should be perfect but sadly we didn’t feel that even our gentle mention was welcome. A mobile phone ban would also be good! Customers walking in on their phones, taking calls at the table spoils the atmosphere. Even so, the memorable flavours and creativity make this restaurant a special experience.

23/02/2026: The owner, Eva, was super nice, kind, and helpful. We found coffee, tea, chocolates, and snacks available. The apartment had everything! We found everything we needed. This is our third time back because we had such a great time. Everything was neat and clean. And what about the jacuzzi? Excellent! A great place for any occasion and excellent value! We'll definitely be back.

20/02/2026: The restaurant is located in a beautiful, spacious building with several areas where you can enjoy a relaxed meal. The menu is classic, with a fixed price and everything you want, except drinks and desserts. Everything is delicious, including the rice noodles with vegetables and shrimp, and the dessert selection is interesting (including Antoniazzi single-serving options).

01/02/2026: Fast service, clean place, and truly excellent sushi. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because, in my opinion, you can't charge full price (adult menu) to a 6-year-old girl who only ate a plate of chicken nuggets.

11/02/2026: Good quality food in a setting filled with small floral arrangements... Definitely worth mentioning are the homemade first courses (ricotta and spinach ravioli) and their desserts, tiramisu and fruit tarts, cream and strawberry dessert... friendly staff.

03/02/2026: A very quaint place, full of curious little objects. The pizza 🍕 is average, good but nothing special. The owner is very nice, and the waiters are very friendly and helpful. I went there for my birthday and they filled me with bubbles.

07/01/2026: Gorgeous place, delicious lunch with mostly locally sourced ingredients. Helpful, welcoming, and kind staff. Very varied and delicious appetizers, and the first and second courses were all very good. Unfortunately, I didn't stay, but next time I would, because it must be wonderful to wake up in a place like this! Highly recommended!

03/01/2026: Terrible. I'll start by saying it was a group dinner. The menu included a cold cuts appetizer and a mixed grill. The portions were meager (one slice per person for each type of cold cuts, four in total), and the grill was very thin and poorly reheated. For €35 per person, I expected better quality and slightly more generous portions from a farm stay. I personally won't be returning.
