02/10/2025: The best of the best that Italy has to offer. Unbelievable flavors I’ve never imagined, perfect execution and presentation, and also a beautiful dining room to top it all off. I am not sure what could have made this better. I was blown away. It’s worth coming out of your way to experience this meal. Whatever you do, don’t miss the pumpkin ravioli or orange soufflé. I’ve been on a bit of a Michelin fine dining “food tour” in the country this last week and, by far, Dal Pescatore Santini was the best.

The dishes are prepared with passion and skill, and in terms of quality and quantity, they're very high! The pizzas and desserts are also exceptional! 05/10/2025: I only went for lunch. The atmosphere was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The wine cellar was very well-stocked. The boiled meats trolley was definitely worth trying. It's certainly not cheap, but it's worth every penny.

02/10/2025: Possibly the best rice with deboned frogs in the area! The rice with fried and sautéed fish is also very good, perfectly fried, dry, and crispy. Generous portions and above-average quality for the area. The house Lambrusco is delicious. The service is friendly and courteous. Well done!

08/09/2025: We spent a wonderful day in a truly enchanting and relaxing location surrounded by greenery. The food was excellent: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and quality ingredients. A huge compliment also goes to the staff, always kind, friendly, and helpful. At the end of the meal, we were offered some amaro, a truly appreciated gesture that made the experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!
