01/02/2026: I celebrated a birthday with 17 guests at Taverna di Rugantino. We were greeted with a friendly and cheerful welcome, and we ate and drank abundantly and well. It's the perfect place for groups of friends, with a cheerful and carefree atmosphere. Highly recommended!

21/10/2025: Beautiful location and AMAZING food, but please play ITALIAN MUSIC! 🙂 No one wants to be in Lake Como looking at the beautiful sights and listening to Miley Cyrus! Haha! We stayed at an Airbnb near by and this restaurant was the best thing about the Airbnb!! We went twice. Hope to be back again someday!

15/10/2025: Fabulous family run restaurant in a beautiful setting with stunning views over the lake. This was a 5-7 walk from the hotel where we stayed and was recommended by our hotel receptionist. The food, service and atmosphere was brilliant. We had the pistachio pasta and lasagne which was amazing. The caramel panacota was really tasty and the house wine was really good as well. Overall really enjoyed our meal.

It offers simple, tasty dishes, unlike the usual trattoria fare, featuring excellent quality meats and frequent seasonal specials. The quality is consistent over time; I return regularly and am never disappointed. Highly recommended.

In a wonderful park, modern design fournitures, gréât quality food and a great service: some of the people working here are disabled people but they're really professional. It is a project of Cometa, a wonderful social reality in the Como area. If you're around Cernobbio. Try it, you won't regret it!

10/02/2026: Canned mushrooms on the pizza, what a shame... The pizzas were alright, but clearly overpriced for the quality: a ham and mushroom pizza for €15 plus a €4 cover charge when they didn't have fresh mushrooms, disappointing... The setting was nice, the service was excellent.

Unfortunately, I agree with other customers' reviews: the place has a lot of potential, but the management is shoddy. 15/02/2026: Breathtaking lake views and a warm welcome. Despite the availability of parking, I decided to take advantage of the beautiful day for a walk with the dogs. It was a bit of a climb on the way back, but it was absolutely enjoyable. I'm grateful for the hospitality and the possibility of having a table that was also comfortable for the dogs (since I'm a Mastiff). As a vegetarian, I had no problem choosing from the menu, despite its concise nature. The location was pleasant, and the lunch was delicious, with a simple and authentic atmosphere. I'll gladly return!
