19/07/2025: Very friendly staff. Open to personal requests and helpful. They still have that Italian serenity, which is becoming rare. The food is delicious, quick, and still very well prepared. It's right on the street, but that's okay. Ultimately, what matters is the food and the customer service. 👍🍷🍺🥃🍻

18/07/2025: Had a fantastic steak with pepper sauce. Salad and fries complemented the meal. The food is delicious. For dessert, I had crème Catalana, which was excellent. The only downside was the outdoor seating, which was noisy from passing traffic. But the restaurant can't do anything about that. The service was good and friendly. Highly recommended!

19/06/2025: Excellent hotel. The best aperitifs and snacks we have had on our Italian holiday, enjoyed on the terrace on the edge of lake Como. Great restaurant, super friendly and helpful staff, especially reception, amazing location very good value. Very small village so very few tourists. Ferry terminal two minutes from hotel.

29/05/2025: I had such a short but lovely stay at this cute hotel, in the heart of a sleepy town along Como. The staff is so kind and the room was pristine. I appreciate how accommodating everyone was to any of my requests. I will most certainly be back as I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the on-site restaurant. A gem!

Friendly service and a lovely owner who treated us to some fantastic cantuccini at the end of our meal and even gave us some to take with us on our trip. 23/06/2025: The staff seemed totally unable to cope when we arrived - having booked. Only one person appeared to be serving and not sure what the others were - or were supposed to be - doing. Took 20 mins to order a drink and an hour before we saw our mains. We were served a bag of bread, then 10 mins later some butter - by which time we had eaten bread! It appears we were not alone with poor service as, as we left, one of the other diners started moaning about how long he had waited

23/07/2025: Esta fue una cena que disfrutamos mucho. Después de haber pasado por Bistro Muralto en varias ocasiones, finalmente hicimos tiempo para parar a cenar, y no nos decepcionó. IT es muy pequeño, con NO más de diez mesas dentro y fuera, y dirigido por un pequeño personal. Los precios eran muy razonables y el servicio excelente. Un punto que me impresionó particularmente: Le pregunté si me recomendarían un tinto para tener con nuestra comida. El gerente (propietario? ) sugirió un Sangiovese que era excelente y también barato. (Algunos lugares en ciudades turísticas te dirigirán hacia las opciones más caras, pero ese no era el caso aquí. ) Si alguna vez tengo la oportunidad, definitivamente volveré.

10/07/2025: Always a wonderful location. The staff was inadequate, lacking attention and preparation. We had to ask for coffee four times before we got it. The dishes were unpresentable. The fish was served completely raw. We sent it back, and instead of replacing it, they recooked it anyway. I've been going to this restaurant for years, but this was the last time.

22/07/2025: Como è facile da amare in dicembre come in primavera: i mercatini, i negozi, i locali carini, il lago, non altrettanto semplice è mangiare vegetariano e a prezzi non esorbitanti, quindi W il Lughino, non solo lasagneria, ma ristorante con una ampia e ottima offerta di patti vegan. Si trova in centro, il locale è ben curato, il servizio anche, sicuramente ci torneremo ! Molto soddisfatti.

20/07/2025: Eating outdoors in the heart of the city, in an area protected from pedestrian traffic, is fantastic. The food is vegetarian, but with flavor and innovation.

11/07/2025: We were out on a trip and visited the small village of Torno when we walked through the stone-enclosed and magical little streets we came down to a small harbor you could probably call it, right down by the water is the hotel and restaurant Vapore which we curiously went into and WOW! we were warmly welcomed in and nicely looked after by the fantastically nice staff, the table we were assigned was absolutely fantastic as taken straight from a Bond movie! Once we had ordered the food it didn't take long for us to get it out to the table and it was just as fantastic as the view and the surroundings, the chefs really know what they are doing! It was well balanced and delicious in every way. The dessert was also absolutely wonderful! The price for everything we ordered was definitely not dangerously expensive but slightly more expensive than what can be found in the area but it was worth every penny! Highly recommend this place!!! 10/10

09/07/2025: A real favorite! 💫 This bistro restaurant is a wonderful discovery: everything was absolutely delicious, from start to finish. The service is impeccable, the waiters are attentive, professional, and very kind. The setting is romantic and peaceful, with a sublime view of Lake Como. You can hear the gentle sound of the waves, admire the mountains, and admire a magnificent sunset... a truly postcard-perfect setting. The wine list is very well-chosen, the dishes are refined, and the cheese selection... to die for! 🧀 Of course, the prices are a little higher than in other small restaurants in the city, but the experience is well worth it. Thank you for this wonderful time!

16/07/2025: We were on our way from Genoa to Zurich and looking for a place to have lunch. Fortunately, we found this restaurant which is open until 3 PM for lunch time👍 The owner welcomed us warmly and the food was super good and not too salty, and the interior was clean with a pleasant mood. It seemed to be a popular place for locals, but the staff spoke English and guided us kindly🩷 I highly recommend this place. If I ever pass by here again, I will definitely come back. See you next time!

22/05/2025: A little surprise slightly outside the center of Como, perfect for those looking for authentic cuisine away from the tourist circuits. The dishes are prepared with care and simplicity, like in a real Italian home. Making the experience even more pleasant is the lady who runs the place: kind, helpful and truly welcoming. A place where you gladly return, my boyfriend and I felt more like guests than customers.

04/06/2025: I stopped by for dinner, I have to say they have excellent quality raw materials, a quiet, clean, really pleasant place. The chef was great, and the girl's service was impeccable. I will definitely go back.
