17/06/2026: The Albergo Ristorante Sala - Spa was a complete disappointment and in no way worth the price. While one naturally looks forward to a relaxing stay in Italy, the entire building feels incredibly old and is in dire need of renovation. The rooms are uncomfortably cramped and, above all, incredibly noisy, making a good night's sleep virtually impossible. Serious defects are evident throughout the rooms: exposed wiring, large areas of peeling paint on the walls, broken lamps, and even moldy corners. For such a neglected state, the stay is simply overpriced. The included breakfast was also a complete disaster. The buffet looked so unappetizing that I ended up just having a securely packaged yogurt. In short: A severely outdated, completely overpriced accommodation with massive defects and an unappetizing breakfast – absolutely not recommended and not worth a single star.

20/05/2026: BEAUTIFUL FOOD IN VALBRONA. As a group of tired hungry tourists searching for somewhere to eat at 5pm we struggled to find anything. This place didn’t show on google maps as it was listed as a hotel but we happened to walk past it and went in. The staff told us they didn’t start dinner service until 7pm but let us come in at 6.15, seating us on the beautiful outdoor terrace. Staff were all incredibly accommodating and attentive. Food was beautifully presented and tastes fresh and well made. Lorenzo and his staff were wonderful and the whole experience has made our day. Highly recommended to come here and try the food.

15/07/2026: Terrible experience, food was cold and not what it was supposed to be. If you’re a tourist stay away from this tourist trap!

10/07/2026: The lake view was excellent, there couldn't be any surprises, in fact, you can get it from the street. We booked for 1:00 PM, just enough time to sit down, and we were already in a hurry because the kitchen closed at 1:30, after which the ordeal began. You couldn't put down a plate because they'd take it away with no respect for those still eating. Never order coffee. The person serving, whom I then paid the bill for, was completely unpleasant. Try it and believe it. Dirty chairs, table under a tree with no cover, with green larvae falling off. All the tables were set with dirty tablecloths, evidently waiting for customers, who are perhaps increasingly scarce. From 1:00 PM onward, there was another couple present besides us. Perhaps the Caritas soup kitchen is better. Price: €103.50 Two dried shad, pasta dish, sorbet, coffee left in the undrinkable cup...8 bleak, Tirani ravioli, coffee left to avoid vomiting. Water 2 glasses of still wine.
